When combined with one daily boswellia pill and a low fat/low carb diet, it works wonders for joint and muscle inflammation. It provides me with natural energy in the morning, in addition to my b-vitamins. vitamin with a wide range of functions I've experienced times in my life when I've run out of moringa and noticed a change in my energy and inflammation levels. If you're looking for a boost of energy, this is a great option. /or if you have any inflammation issues. It's not a panacea; you'll still need to make other changes in your life, but it will help.

This tea variety has long been a favorite of mine, though only in loose leaf form. I couldn't find it loose any longer and had to settle for the bags. To get the same amount of loose tea as I'm used to, I have to use five bags. The flavor isn't as strong or as vibrant as it once was. It needs ginger to make it pop, there's no lemon flavor, and the tulsi is barely noticeable. I'm disappointed because this was a great product for a long time. br>br>I received three boxes, as stated in the description, but given the flavor's weakness, I'll go through them all quickly. I'm on the lookout for a different option.

I've tried Tulsi rose tea, which is also effective, but this one is twice as effective, and I refuse to take prescription anxiety medications, which is what the doctor recommended. As soon as you consume it, it begins to work. AWESOME!.

I enjoy tea and drink it frequently, and I recently began growing Holy Basil in my garden, and I was delighted with the flavor of the fresh leaves. Organic India provided me with the Original Tulsi tea. br>br>It smells strong and fresh right away, and it tastes just like fresh leaves. br>br>However, I absolutely adore this tea's flavor! Both my husband and I enjoy the anti-stress properties. In the summer, I brew it strong for ice tea, and before bed, I enjoy it hot. You can add a little honey if you want it to be a little sweeter! I love tulsi tea in general, but the addition of ashwagandha in this recipe is particularly appealing. It truly transforms this tea into an anxiety-relieving powerhouse.
