There are two of them. A serving consists of two of them, for a total of five. I wouldn't buy these if I were you because they don't work!

Little sleep berries that are deliciously magical! We've tried melatonin chewables and gummies of all kinds! Some of them don't work, and others are a pain to chew! These, on the other hand, are by far the best: they taste too good to be melatonin, are soft and easy to chew, and put you right to sleep! I bought these for my 11-year-old son. 5 year old began by giving them only one gummy to see how they would react. My 11-year-old is not a morning person by any means, but he usually wakes up around 6 a. m. 7am. She awoke around 9 a. m. , groggy, after the first night of use. For about half of the day, he was groggy, but the 5-year-old was well rested. Even at 3 a. m. , she was still making her way to my bed. The 11-year-old awoke with a swollen top lip after the second night (still one gummy). A scratchy throat is one of the most common symptoms of the common cold. We stopped using it. after taking Benadryl for one day She is now back to normal after two doses of Ibuprofen. They took a break from Melantonin for a few days (it was their first time using it). Since then, I've bought a popular brand-name melatonin with a much lower dose of 0. Among other natural ingredients, there is a dosage of 5mg. As of the first night, there have been no reactions (I will update this review if that changes).

I've previously ordered these and had no issues. However, the most recent order did not include an inside foil seal, so I will not be using it due to concerns about tampering or safety.

For light sleepers, this is ideal

The flavor is very appealing to my child. You get a lot of bang for your buck. They don't put my child to sleep, but they do calm her down and get her ready for bedtime; she's a light sleeper who's never been easy to put to bed, but I give her one gummy and she's in bed by 9 p. m. She gets a good night's sleep and wakes up feeling refreshed.
