I am a 45-year-old woman who has struggled with adult melatonin for as long as I can remember. I've had terrible insomnia and terrible restless leg syndrome every time I've taken it. I decided to give melatonin for children a try. This stuff gave me insomnia as well, though not nearly as much as adult melatonin. But, unfortunately, this stuff gave me so much insomnia that I'm not sure I'll use it again. I'm thinking about halving a pill and seeing how it goes. I would recommend trying this if you are an adult who finds adult melatonin too strong for you; however, if you are extremely sensitive to over-melatonin, I would not recommend it. the- If you're on the anti-sleep bandwagon like I am, this isn't going to work for you. If that's the case, I strongly advise you to purchase Luna's children's melatonin, which you can find on Amazon. That one appears to be the most effective for me, and I've never had any problems with it.

My six-year-old son suffers from severe insomnia, and this medication has made a significant difference in his behavior. He used to have terrible temper tantrums, but since we started using this and he's gotten better sleep, he's transformed into a completely different child. He enjoys the flavor (and he's a picky eater), and it's quick to prepare. Even half a pill will suffice. 10/10.

We've tried a lot of different brands, and she won't eat any of them, but she adores these and requests them every night before bed. She refers to them as her "princess candys. "br>They're extremely safe, taste great, and definitely aid in getting a better night's sleep. I would strongly suggest it!.
