If you have chronic insomnia, this method may not be effective

The flavor of these gummies was awful. I had to take almost a double dose just to get some relief from my insomnia, which could last up to two days if I wasn't careful. br>For some people, they might work. However, I have chronic insomnia, which can last up to three days without sleep. br>I think I'll go back to my old melantonin, even if it means paying a higher price; I bought 10mg gummies. as a result of which you can understand my dissatisfaction.

This product was completely ineffective. I take melatonin on a regular basis and was looking for a new supply when I came across this. I figured I'd get more bang for my buck by purchasing it. If there is any melatonin in this product, it must be the lowest potency available because it did nothing to assist me in falling asleep. I gave it back and switched to another brand.

It's tasty and it gets the job done correctly! The flavor is delicious, similar to what you'd get from a bag of fruit snacks, but slightly tougher but not in a bad way, if that makes sense

I'm a big guy, but four of these minor infractions and I'm done. It's not a drozy sensation; rather, it's a sensation of my eyelids becoming heavy, at least for me. My only negative experience was when I overestimated them and ate six at once, resulting in a sour stomach. It was my fault, not the product's, because four of them were more than enough to complete the task.

When I take 2 pills, I feel drowsy in about 15 minutes. The only problem is that they are SO DELICIOUS that I want to eat them at all hours of the day, but I can't because I'll fall asleep.

I always have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep at night. This Melatonin was supposed to help, right? Unfortunately, I did not notice any difference - Even after a few weeks of consistent use, it's still going strong. I didn't notice any difference when I stopped taking it. br>br>I hope this helps you, but keep in mind that it doesn't work for everyone, and your mileage may vary.
