These gummies have a dosage of 5 mg. It's deceptive to label them the way you did.

Although the bottle is more accurate, the Amazon headline is misleading and incorrect.
They appeal to me, as well as my family. However, when I purchased them, I mistook them for 10mg gummies rather than 5mg gummies. As a result, I'll have to eat four times as much as I normally would. They're also quite large. So it's not like I can just chew them up in a matter of seconds. They do, however, have a delicious flavor.
I had to send these back to the manufacturer. I felt like I was going to puke the first night I took them. However, I did not link it to melatonin. The same thing happened the next night. On the third night, it happened once more. I got a refund after packing these up. I've tried other brands of melatonin chews in the past, but they never had the same effect on me. They may work for some people, but they didn't for me. They also didn't make it easier for me to fall asleep. That's all there is to it.
I enjoy the flavor, as well as the fact that they dissolve quickly and do not stick to my teeth.
These made me very happy. I did notice, however, that the cap was broken. I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact that this bottle is so large. I don't want any of them to go to waste, and I'm disappointed that one of them came with a broken cap. br>br>*Upgrading to 5*, they replaced the bottle

I bought these because I have a hard time falling and staying asleep. I tried 1 or 2 but didn't notice much of a difference until I added 3. I take them 30 minutes before going to bed, and I'm usually drowsy within the first 30 minutes of lying down. It doesn't keep me up all night, but I figure that getting to sleep is half the battle. It has a pleasant flavor. I prefer the texture of these melatonin gummies to those of other brands, and the price is very reasonable. Overall, I recommend giving these a try if you're having trouble sleeping.
The flavor of these gummies pleasantly surprised me. They taste exactly like a fruit snack to me, which I think is fantastic. But it was their ability to help me sleep that impressed me the most. I was sceptical about melatonin's ability to help with my insomnia, but I just took a nap, which I couldn't do before. I ate one serving size of the gummies at 11 a. m. this morning, then napped for two hours from 12 a. m. to 2 p. m. I was so rested at 2 p. m. It's the first time in a long time that I haven't felt tired behind my eyes. They appear to have a pleasant effect on the quality of my dreams as well. Product is a 10/10.
