For over ten years, I've been taking melatonin as part of my doctor-recommended sleep routine. I always use Walmart or Walgreens pills for migraine prevention, and they've always worked for me. These pills don't work at all. I usually respond to 5mg fairly quickly, and I'm drowsy within ten to fifteen minutes. Nothing was accomplished with these! It was strange—I'm not sure how something could be sold that clearly does not contain what it claims to. I strongly advise that this product be taken off the market because it is a phony pill.

This was our first time trying this brand, and it kept me awake all night long as an adult. My son, who was in middle school at the time, tried it twice and spent the entire night awake. And my pre-schoolers, who were given half a dose, were awake both nights they were given this brand. br>I'm not sure what the difference is between the brands, but something was off, and WE DID NOT SLEEP!
