They have an unpleasant taste at first, but after a few times, you get used to it. However, I began to notice that the dosage was too high, and my sleep began to suffer as a result. Melatonin is only recommended by doctors for 3-year-olds. If you take more than 5 mg at a time, the sleep hormone will be reversed, resulting in insomnia. So I ordered the same brand, but in a different dosage, and I'm sleeping much better now. This dosage is not something I would recommend.

Because I cut each pill in half and take 6 mg every night, the 300 dose equates to 600 doses of 6 mg for me. I also want to mention that I sleep deeply with this product, and the quality of this product must be higher than any other melatonin I've ever purchased; I've never slept so well with any other melatonin.

This one appealed to me because it contains 300 doses and thus does not require frequent ordering; as a result of its potency (12 mg). ) is more than capable of lulling me to sleep; It's also easier to find it on Amazon than it is to buy it in a store. Furthermore, it is less costly. 12 mg, according to my wife. is excessively large, but who knows? I'm 120 pounds heavier than she is, so there's more of me to get rid of.

This is fantastic. For the past year, I've used melatonin as a sleep aid on occasion. This is something I tried because you get more for less money - Similar items are available at drugstores, but they are significantly more expensive for significantly less. These pills are small and have a pleasant aroma and taste, similar to grape vitamins. They're also very gentle when used as a sleep aid. They take about 20 minutes to start working and are most effective when you're in bed with no lights or distractions. It's a pleasant drowsiness, and you fall asleep. In addition, unlike benadryl, there is no lingering drowsiness in the morning. It won't knock you out if you're still reading or on your phone. If you wait about an hour after taking one, you should be able to push through the drowsiness.

This is the one that I use. Melatonin is the name of the hormone that regulates sleep. I need a lot of it, and I like how it dissolves. Plus, the packaging has a nice easy open lid that you don't have to unscrew. Overall, the experience was very professional. Will re- Place your order and replenish your supplies. I'm only able to comment on the flavor. My wife and I both suffer from insomnia and have tried almost everything over the years. These appear to have a much higher Melatonin content than most, degrade fairly quickly, and have a bitter aftertaste. If you don't mind squandering a few dollars, these may be worth a try. If you have a higher tolerance, these may not be sufficient. I'm not going to buy any more of them. It is possible that your results will differ.
