As I have two boobs, I'll start with this Being unable to have more than one cover. Unfortunately, they do not fulfill the purpose for which I purchased them. I would say it was my mistake not to read what I bought, however it does seem How about one? It is obvious that these are perfect for breast feeding or after breast surgery for this reason. The fan in me does not like it. To reduce the amount of milk I produce while breastfeeding, I bought these. This is not acceptable to me, since they stay cold literally only for five minutes. When they get warm from body heat, they actually begin to grow. Despite their comfort, they do not keep you pleased with them at all.

For my husband who needs to receive a monthly shot in his eye for wet macular degeneration, I bought these products. In his refrigerator or cooler, he keeps them so they can be put on his eyes right away. He then covers it with an eye patch and returns to work. This is a huge relief for him. This is not an overly heavy item.

I particularly liked the feeling of these. I used them along my jawline or sinuses and they do a great job. The cooling time was just about the perfect 20 minutes, and with a 10 pack, there was always plenty of ice. have not tried them for heat yet, but they are on my list.

Gel packs are all that they are. They have a pretty basic purpose, so of course they are helpful. Unlike many of the other identical products, my set did not come with a fabric pouch. This was the main reason why I chose this product over 50 others. A pouch would be useful, but it's not there. I did not give it more than.

I got these as gifts for my 3 yr old nephew (he kept getting booboos) and he really liked the gel packs. As was his habit, he took out two gels in the box and put them on his eyes while lying down on the floor. The box is just like this! It's their job to look after.
