I am satisfied with the product. My knees have always been iced twice a day using my knee rests. As long as the session lasts (20 minutes), they remain cool. It's also helpful to have a spare pack since I can alternate between the two so that they remain at their maximum temperature. It comes in the original version as well as the premium version, which has thinner material between the pack and the knee, which allows for a more direct contact. My only complaint with the premium model is that it's a bit difficult to insert into the small elastic opening of the pack. Having said that, I think the premium pack is worth the $2 upgrade just because the quality of the ice pack feels better and I prefer immediate contact with it.
