To be safe, I bought several different products in the event that one or more did not fit my knee with padding and dressing. My knee is very easy to wrap around with this product outside my ace bandage and I can leave it on for quite some time. I can walk around the house with this product on. There is only one downside to freezing it, which is that it takes up space in my freezer. Having a full freezer may make it difficult to find room for the item.

Whenever I'm lying down, my hands are always on the move, so it's difficult for me to apply ice packs. It doesn't really last very long for me to sit with a cold pack at work, and it doesn't look very professional either. I have to prop my leg up on a chair to place an ice pack on it, and this doesn't really last very long for me. During my physical therapy, a physical therapist recommended this REVIX ice pack to me and I am happy with it. It is very comfortable to wear the packs and they allow me to move freely and maintain my normal routine When in pain, I have to wear them anyhow. They don't exactly look like a fashion statement with dresses. It is my experience that the ice packs remain cold for up to twenty hours The following 30 minutes have passed. The vinyl side is still cold when it is turned over after about 10 minutes. I'm not sure if the ice packs completely fit around the knee, but the measurements on the item page do match the size of the ice packs. There is no movement of the packs, so they stay put fairly well. I have been able to ice my knees more often than was previously advised by my doctor due to the durability and design of this product.
