The frozen state makes it impossible to bend

You can't bend it. This would have been ideal if it had a gel coating It is similar to being able Instead, it is quite stiff, so we haven't used it as much as I would like, since it is not easy to wrap.

ice and this was perfect for the job. It is large and you can fold it into thirds which has been so handy. I really like the cover of the book as well. There are straps for securing the device. Great product with perfect icing! Soft and feels good to the touch! Without it, I wouldn't be able to do anything!.

I contacted customer service and they were very responsive to my concerns. It is nice that this gel pad is so big. I can wrap it fully around my knee and wrap my swollen ankles with it at the same time. It is a product I would recommend and the company as well.

It does not stay cold for a long time

Before I used this item, I left it in the refrigerator for five hours. Approximately 20 minutes went by before it got warm again. Besides a brand new fridge, I also have a new computer.
