Cinchona Officinalis, also known as Peruvian Bark and the natural form of quinine, is still used as an active ingredient in Hyland's Leg Cramps tablets. Hyland's Leg Cramps packaging was updated in 2012, and the word "quinine" was removed from the label. The formula is the same as it has been for a long time.

I started having severe leg cramps a few months ago, and it felt like my muscles were being ripped right off the bone. Each episode left me aching for days. They started coming every night, and the severity of the attacks increased. I was out of the country and couldn't see my doctor. I went to a nearby Target in desperation and asked for help from the pharmacist. They showed me the Hyland's Leg Cramp product, which I bought despite my low expectations. After all, it was merely a low-cost homeopathic remedy available over the counter. My wife looked at the Hyland's when I brought it home and said it had a slim chance of working. I melted two small tablets under my tongue that first night, and I was honestly surprised when I didn't get leg cramps! I didn't get a cramp until about 6 hours after going to bed the next night (the directions say to take a dose every 4 hours if necessary). The cramp wasn't too bad, so I put one tablet under my tongue, and within a few minutes, the cramp was gone, and I was able to fall back asleep. br>Until she had one of her regular severe toe cramps, my wife was skeptical, suspecting the placebo effect. Her toes are completely curled under her feet. I asked her if she wanted to try my Hyland's, and she said yes out of desperation. Her cramps had vanished in less than five minutes, leaving her speechless. br>I don't go to bed without taking two tablets, and so far it's been working. When I first get out of bed in the morning, if I move quickly or try to stretch, I get a cramp that usually goes away quickly. Keep in mind that I've only been taking two tablets for eight hours, which is more than double the four hours Hyland's claims the product should last. br>I was so pleased that I also purchased Hyland's Restful Legs, as I suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome. The item appears to be beneficial to me as well.
The severity of my cramping was reduced after taking these tablets after a gym workout or a round of golf. My fingers didn't cramp as much as they usually do while holding my utensils while eating lunch after a round of golf. I also don't get as much cramping in my quads, hams, or calves after sitting for a while and getting up from that position. This is the first product that I can honestly say is assisting me in alleviating my cramping. I strongly advise anyone who suffers from cramps, as I do, to try this product. ALL NATURAL PRODUCTS!.
These tiny tablets dissolve quickly under the tongue and have become a part of my nighttime routine (although they aren't just for the night!). Only when I'm sleeping do I require them. This all-natural product is highly recommended if you suffer from foot and leg cramps!.
This is fantastic. Leg cramps are a common occurrence in my life, and they are excruciating. I didn't get any relief. These pills that dissolve in your mouth are incredible. My cramped legs were relieved in a matter of minutes, sometimes less than that. What a relief it is to be free of pain. A true wonder.
This is the best cramp reliever on the market! I've never had to use it while riding my bike. yet! However, I occasionally experience severe leg cramps at night, which I attribute to a lack of fluids during the day (I also drink a lot of coffee) and a potassium deficiency, particularly during the summer months (I live in Florida). A bottle of water is always by my bedside. If I start to feel a twinge or a cramp coming on, I pop two tabs and it's gone in less than 30 seconds! There isn't any weird flavor to it at all. It's really nice. Tabs are chewed and swallowed by a couple. For me, this stuff is fantastic!.
I bought these to help with my hand cramps; they're supposed to help with leg cramps, but I wanted to give them a shot. I took two pills the next time I had hand cramps. I couldn't believe it when the cramps vanished in a matter of seconds. I rationalized that it was all in my head, but it happened again the next time I got hand cramps. I was so taken with this that I emailed the company and told them about my experience. When I get hand cramps, I still take these pills. Don't be apprehensive about trying them out. They are reasonably priced.
Hyland's leg cramp tablets were recommended to me by my sister, and I'm grateful for that. You place them under your tongue, and they work quickly to relieve painful and inconvenient cramping. At CVS and other stores, I couldn't find the "quick dissolving" round tablets. They have the oblong version, which is functional but takes a long time to arrive. When you have a cramp, you want FAST relief, and these round, quick-dissolving pills melt quickly under your tongue and help relieve the pain quickly.
These wonderful pills are absolutely the best money can buy when you are awakened by pain that is similar in intensity to my experience with a broken femur. P. S. I almost forgot to mention the P. S. I almost forgot to mention the P Pills can also be a wonderful source of relief. Thankfully, I am addicted to these at the age of 72.
