That is an excellent query. Is it possible that this is on TV? When you lift the label on the plastic container, you will see a phone number as well. They've been assisting me for quite some time now - I'm going to have to start checking things out all over again.
I'm not sure where the quinine is, but I've been taking it for a long time to help with leg cramps. Before going to sleep, I also have a small glass of Tonic Water. My doctor suggested that I try the Tonic Water.

I've tried tonic water, which seems to help (the doctor claims it's the salt, similar to how mustard helps). I had to give these a try when I saw them, and they DO work! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they don't always work for as long as they should. I don't wake up for another 1 1/2 hours, which isn't much longer than the tonic water, so the price is too high. As a result, I believe I'll return to using only tonic water. They are made up of natural ingredients, including quinine. As a result, you will not be harmed. They don't even have a taste. They're a little chalky at first, but they dissolve quickly and can be washed down. br>It didn't ask if I'd recommend them to a friend, but I would. I'm up for two. 3 hours before bedtime and you should be able to sleep through the night without being awakened by cramps. However, if I do, I'll have to pay an additional two dollars. Within 30 seconds, number 3 will put an end to the cramps. For me, this has saved my life. Prior to discovering this, I'd have cramps that would wake me up several nights in a row, forcing me to get out of bed and try to walk them off, only to return to bed and repeat the process.
I've been using homeopathic products for many years and have never experienced any negative side effects. This seemed to me to be a safe bet. I am 78. I took three tablets each night for three nights, and the side effects grew worse with each passing night. My equilibrium was thrown off. For the majority of the morning, I was groggy. I was terrified of collapsing. The negative symptoms vanished as soon as I stopped taking Leg Cramps PM. I believe there should be a disclaimer on the package stating that it is not recommended for the elderly.

My husband wakes up with monster charlie horses in his legs at night; he has medical issues that make him more susceptible to more severe cases of those cramps, and he sleeps with a brace on one foot to keep his foot from overcorrecting. I came across this product a few years ago and purchased one for him to try; he loves them. He still gets cramps, but they aren't nearly as bad as they would be if he didn't take these supplements. He takes the PM version every night because he enjoys it so much. Our two grown sons have inherited this problem as well, and they appear to be relieved as well. We are able to save money by ordering in bulk from Amazon. Because I'm unfamiliar with the flavor, I'm not rating it.
I've been using these for a long time. THEY ARE THE ULTIMATE EXAMPLE OF CRAMP CONTROL IN MY OPINION. One or two tabs with the rest of my night meds every night before I go to bed. Leg cramps are a thing of the past thanks to them. I take two pills if I've been quite active throughout the day. Hylands is the brand, and I recommend it to anyone suffering from leg cramps. Cinchona is present, but in a very small amount. Cinchona is the source of quinine; however, because this is typical of diluted homeopathy hype, I have my doubts that it will or can be effective, given that quinine was used to treat RLS and general leg cramps many decades ago. I'm not sure you can buy pure quinine, but just like in homeopathy, if you dilute something enough, it becomes harmless, so how can it actually do anything? This is where the crazed homeopaths will launch their assault. br>br>I was skeptical at first, but after taking two tablets, my RLS is gone within an hour!.
