Ibuprofen has a completely different mechanism of action! Arnica Montana is used to help with bruising so that it fades faster or prevents bruising to a lesser degree than one would normally experience from a bruise. For example, I use 2-ounces of Arnica Montana every time I get a bruise. 3 days prior to a cosmetic procedure and for 3 days afterward 4 days, but it's important to know your bruising history to see how well arnica will help you.

I had previously purchased from Hylands the Arnica 30x (50) quick dissolving tablets, which were fantastic. I decided to purchase this bottle of (250) quick dissolving tablets in the hopes of getting more for a lower price, but the truth is that to make one (1) tablet from the 50 tablet version, four mini tablets from the 250 tablet version are required. This version yields 200 mini tablets, whereas the 50 tablet version yields 200 mini tablets. If anyone is interested in purchasing this, they should be aware that they will not receive 250 tablets in the normal size. They'll only get 250 mini tablets, which is roughly the same as one regular tablet. Next time I buy, I'll make sure it's the regular one. This one, on the other hand, has the same effect; all it takes is a few more mini pills to get relief. The tablets came highly recommended by me. Just wanted to make you aware of the size issue, which has nothing to do with how good you are, regardless of your size.
Anyone considering ingesting these tablets should research the potential side effects first. My plastic surgeon's office prescribed arnica montana tablets to help with swelling and pain. Arnica, according to the internet, may help with post-injection bruising. This stuff was a dream come true! I didn't have any bruises on my lip or above my lip for the first time in my life. This product is simple to use, tastes good, and works just as well for a fraction of the cost, and it has helped me with pain and inflammation after my recent double foot surgery.
