This brand of arnica tea has been a favorite of mine for over three years. After surgery in Mexico, I discovered arnica tea for the first time.
I'm not sure if it contains caffeine, but it didn't have the same effect on me as coffee, though it was a more pleasant experience.
I'm not sure. It didn't work the way it was supposed to.
This tea does not have sugar added to it, so if you want to add sugar to other teas, you can, but I don't because I don't use sugar.

A WARNING LABEL IS REQUIRED. After surgery, I began to drink the tea. I began to have digestive issues not long after that. Then came the heart palpitations and a rapid heart rate. There was nothing I could do. I didn't do anything but lie in bed. We were stumped as to what was wrong with me. Then I looked it up on the internet. Arnica is a poisonous plant that has been known to kill people. It can also cause mouth and throat irritation, stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, shortness of breath, a racing heart, an increase in blood pressure, heart damage, organ failure, increased bleeding, coma, and death when taken by mouth. br>BY DRINKING THIS TEA, I WAS KILLING MYSELF.
My only suggestion would be to use a paper wrap instead of a plastic wrap for each tea bag, or to have some teas come in a single large paper wrap. I simply believe that there is far too much plastic returning to Mother Nature. The tea is, however, delicious in general.
For inflammation, post-workout, and before my period, I enjoy drinking this tea. I drink it every night and twice a day if I'm feeling particularly sore or bloated. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.

After a few hours, it was as if I'd never had it at all. br>br>And it works just as well with each subsequent flare-up. It's all right. br>br>These days, I begin my day with a cup of coffee. If I need it, I'll ask for it again in the middle of the day.
This was used to care for my lips after a liposuction procedure. When I started drinking this tea, the bruising went away quickly. The flavor is silky and delectable. To add some sweetness, I added a smidgeon of honey. A fantastic purchase!.
This is a fantastic tea. When I know my back is going to hurt from working out, working, or just life in general, I drink it. Because it doesn't have a strong flavor, I usually mix it with another flavored tea.
I really enjoy this Arnica tea, and it was delivered quickly. It's great for detoxing and feeling healthier in general. I ordered three boxes, which arrived smashed and in a plastic envelope. There was no damage to the product (these tea bags are also individually wrapped inside each box) and it's only for personal use, so it's fine. It's a major event- However, those who require boxes in good condition should be aware that they may not arrive in perfect condition.
Any Arnica product is one of my favorites. Internal treatment for aches and pains piqued my interest. I like how relaxing the tea is, so I've made it a part of my post-workout routine.
