60 seconds is the time limit. I know it's only meant to be used for three days, but I can't breathe through my nose without it. Afrin is a complete waste of time for me. The nasal passages are almost instantly opened with this stuff.

I never leave the house without this nose spray in the late spring and summer. It's the most effective treatment for my nose allergies that I've found. Nasal congestion can be relieved with Extra Strength, Cold, and Allergy. For my allergies during the flowering months, I've tried a lot of different brands and this is by far the best.

One said he had a deviated system, but there was no way he was going to operate. Another person claimed that as you get older, your airway narrows. I did not seek medical help from a third party. This is the only nasal spray that actually works to open up my nose.
