The update is A great deal of disappointment has been felt by me. I used to be able to dispense this product very efficiently, but it no longer works It is clear that there is still some saline left in the container, but it is not spraying. It is very disappointing to be only able to use a small portion of what you paid for. I had a strange noise, almost dry and cracking. It also cracked and bled, but the stuffiness and congestion in my sinuses made it seem stuffy. As far as similar products that are just saline go, I've found that they dispense far too much product, causing it to run out of my nose or lead to it running down It would make me gag and would even make me vomit. As it is a much finer mist, I've had no issues like that with this product. My nose feels much less dry, and has stopped bleeding now, and my sinuses are not all blocked. I have only been using it for a few days and I am so.
This item is great, but when the last one arrived, I found out that the nozzle was defective, so it only sprays air when upright. You can't return the item because it's not returnable. It's not worth the hassle of calling Amazon and spending 30 minutes talking to a customer service rep who may or may not resolve the issue with the first call. So, I probably will just throw it all away. Amazon items that you can't return might be a good choice for me not to order from them.

As a person who uses this nasal spray regularly, I have found that it is easy on my nasal passages and is a fantastic way to prevent allergic rhinitis. There was a nozzle redesign recently, so I only have one complaint. Although I used to be able to use the previous nozzle (shown in their picture), I've found the new design very difficult. The old nozzles were sent to me upon my request, but the lids fit over the new ones but not the old ones. As much as I like their current design, I hope they will go back to it soon.
