As far as I'm aware, this product isn't intended to treat nosebleed. Seek medical advice. In any case, this bottle can be carried anywhere without spilling, but whether it can help with a nose bleed is a different story.

It's not worth the risk of putting a chemical taste in your mouth. I'd been using a major brand for years and had quickly returned to it because of its superior quality control.
My nasal passages became even more dry as a result of the preservatives.
I would have hoped for a longer expiration date given the price and quantity. I would only recommend this purchase if you have a large family that will be passing these out at the same time so that none of them expire, as expiring equals a waste of money in my opinion.
They work well, and I use them twice daily.
I'm not sure which is which most of the time, but this has come in handy and clears out my sinuses so I can breathe and eliminates post-nasal drip. It also helps with clogged ears, according to what I've heard. It should be used two to three times per day. Unlike the nose spray (Afrin), which does a good job of drying you out but is extremely dangerous if used frequently. My life has been saved thanks to the use of saline.

I'm usually fine the next day after I start to feel something coming on. Douse your sinuses with water frequently if you have a sinus infection.
