Walgreens is a drugstore chain in the United States It's available at Walmart. Amazon, I'm sure, does as well.
Yes, I prefer to use it and then wait 10 minutes before using a little more and suctioning everything out. It's a lot easier and gives my baby more relief. Simply spray some into the snot to loosen it up and make it easier to work out on its own.
This is a nose product, not an eye cream. Why don't you check with your doctor? and see what you can do with your eyes.

For the past 5 years, we have used this spray on our two children. It works well, is simple to use, and the spray produced is light enough for my children to tolerate. We've tried other saline sprays, but they're too wet, which they don't like because it's too strong. When they have a cold or a stuffy nose, we give them this. It immediately improves their mood. This is a product that we wholeheartedly endorse.
This is very effective at loosening up the snot! Of course, my nearly 5-month-old infant despises it when I do it and tries to suck it out. Since three months, he has had a persistent cold/cough. However, a few drops and a run of the nostril loosens whatever is in the nostril part, which I can then wipe away or pick out fairly easily. Along with running a humidifier all night, it provides him with some relief.
These are great to have on hand whenever you need to help baby get rid of something. When the weather is dry in the winter, it's also a great option.
Baby's of all ages will enjoy it. When tipped, it produces gentle drops, and when held upright and squeezed, it produces a gentle spray. Even though I'm an adult, I require a saline nasal spray at work and at home during the winter months. It's not easy to come by saline, and the other brand I usually buy was recalled, so I decided to give this a shot. It's quite effective.
I went through this stuff like crazy, and this is the cheapest way I've found to get it. I've ordered three times this year and have yet to have a problem.
