This isn't tap water; it's seawater.
Ancient Secrets has proven to be an effective sinus cleanser for me. Using a neti pot is more difficult. I'm not sure if it'd help with dry mouth, but I doubt it. Only nostrils should use it.

I've tried a lot of nasal/sinus washing products, and this is the best. Many of them are pure saline or various concentrations of saline, and they all work, but Ancient Secrets is the only one I've found that is pure sea water (and hasn't been processed to the point where it could be mistaken for saline). You'll be able to smell the ocean when it gets into your nose (and you'll be able to taste the ocean if you let it get into the back of your throat)! It's ideal for me because it reminds me of my childhood in the Carolinas every time I use it. And, no matter how stuffy or irritated my nose is, it will be clear and calm after using Ancient Secrets. It appeals to me.
This is great for my allergies because it doesn't contain any of the other chemicals. It is without a doubt a must-see. This will help you until you leave the area or the problem is fixed, especially if you have mold sinus issues.
These were recommended to me by a friend in France. It worked so well that we all bought a can, and when we returned to the United States, I tracked them down on Amazon. They work by hydrating the tissue and gently rinsing whatever is in your nose and lower sinuses that shouldn't be there. You can use them as often as you need them, up to ten times a day if you're desperate, and they'll only benefit you.
Before making this purchase, I purchased and used this product from another source, so I know it's a good deal! It's the ideal solution - There is no "burn" from the saline, and the nozzle applicator sprays just enough.
I bought it to remove tattoos, but I used it for what it was designed for, and it seemed to work.
This is a fantastic product that I have purchased several times.
Preservatives, baking soda, and other additives are used in a lot of other brands.
