After a few days, the body begins to rely on decongestant nasal sprays. It isn't a problem - it's a way of life. It's not something you're looking for - However, it causes the body to become sluggish and cease to function as it should. If you want to stop using the spray after that, you'll have to go without it for a while and suffer from unpleasant nasal congestion until your nose gets back to normal. If you only use the spray once or twice a day, none of this happens.
It is in the state of Florida! My husband hasn't said anything about it being different. He's *extremely* picky, so I'm guessing Novartis fixed the plant's quality issues. is also bottling the same product.
I have no idea, but it's the best nose spray I've ever used, and I've tried them all.
It is far superior to Afrin in terms of effectiveness. The difference in cost is well worth it.

In my many years of living in West Texas, I've used the bottle on the right. The new bottle is on its way to the left now! It's not the same in terms of functionality or flavor! I've had two sinus surgeries, and I can't breathe without it!.
I've been using 4-, just like a lot of other people. YEARS have passed in the same manner. It's the only thing that makes it possible for me to breathe. Even more so now that I'm required to wear a face mask for eight hours a day at work. It's not Amazon's fault, but they should update this to show that the new bottle is on its way so we can decide whether or not we want it. I'm going to go to the drugstores and see if any of the old ones are still available at Walgreens, Rite Aid, or Walmart.
This is my favorite nasal decongestant; it's the only one that works. I've tried everything else; it works for a day or two, but then you get the rebound effect, where it works against you and makes your nose stuffier. This stuff doesn't appeal to me in the least. If you use a CPAP like I do, I highly recommend it. I can sleep comfortably all night with my CPAP mask on after a squirt in each nostril followed by a 30 second blow.
I've tried a variety of other products, including store brands that claim to contain the same active ingredient - none of them worked. They make me sneeze and irritate my nose. Because of my allergies, I'd rather not take a pill - This is the most effective treatment for a stuffy or runny nose. When I first got a cold a few years ago, I switched to a different brand - I was miserable, couldn't sleep, and nothing seemed to work. My husband went out at 2 a. m. to get another 4 Way - voila! I was able to take in some air. Are they all addictive? Of course they are. I, on the other hand, have been using it for over 40 years. That's right, I've been doing it for 40 years and have never had any negative side effects or reached a point where it doesn't work - During allergy season, it happens every 4 hours, less frequently in the winter, and only when I'm sick. Why take a pill with systemic side effects when you can simply use a topical solution? It's just a nasal astringent, and whatever small amount is absorbed poses about the same risk as a small amount of caffeine - There are almost none.
Do not use for long periods of time, and consult your doctor if congestion persists. My doctor recommends Flonase.
and you've developed a habit of inhaling through your mouth? 4way, on the other hand, has arrived to save the day. With just a few squirts of this stuff in your nose, you'll feel instantly better, no matter how stuffy you were!.
This is the Wal-Mart brand, but it comes in a four-way package. The bottles are unique. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE!.
On the OTC market, this is the best stuff. It's because it's absolutely fantastic. The WORST Rebound Congestion is caused by 4way. 🙁.
