Questions & Answers

What is the procedure for returning and receiving a refund for an item?

If you're having trouble with it, contact the seller first, then Amazon. You should be able to do so from the page where you're looking at your order.

What criteria do you use to pick between the six tones? This is not addressed in the instructions. And there are only three of them: The words vibrate, alarm, and vibrate alarm are all used interchangeably in this context. ?

If it's set to A (alarm) or VA (vibrate and alarm), the six tones will sound. A different tone will be played each time the alarm is set off.

We've been using the alarm for two weeks and are still wetting the bed despite the fact that the alarm is ringing. Is this a necessary step in the process?

This happened to me as well, but I realized it was due to a sensor placement issue. Mine is set up to turn off as soon as it detects any moisture. It's especially difficult for me because I have a son. Hold on, things will get better.

Is there any way to keep the clip from falling out of my child's underwear?

The clip isn't supposed to be coming off. I recommend that you return the device right away. But first, make sure your child isn't pulling the clip off and that you've clipped it correctly.

Selected User Reviews For Wet-Stop 3 Blue Bedwetting Enuresis Alarm with Loud Sound and Strong Vibration for Boys or Girls, Proven Solution for Bedwetters

Two distinct children, two distinct ratings I'm not sure how to rate this because I used it on two of my sons (9 and 11)
4/5

7) and came up with EXTREMELY different outcomes. I gave it four stars instead of five because of how my seven-year-old reacted to it. br>We bought this for my 9-year-old son, who was still experiencing nighttime dryness, after much deliberation. In all honesty, if I were only reviewing the product for him, I would give it five stars because it worked perfectly for him. I wish I had put that small amount of money into it for him a long time ago. We noticed a significant difference after about three months of using it. As a worst-case scenario, he went from being soaked every night to having one or two accidents per month. He hasn't worn the alarm in over a month and hasn't worn it at all. Even though he drank a lot before bed, he stays dry every night. It's taught his brain to wake up when he needs to go to the restroom! br>br>With my 7-year-old, however, we haven't had such luck. As soon as his brother finished setting the alarm, we began using it on him. He hasn't had a dry night since he moved in! He is not awakened by the alarm clock. Except for him, everyone else in the house is aware of it. Because he and the 9-year-old share a room, it can be a real pain. As a result, he is jolted awake. My 7-year-old simply pulls the cord out of the alarm and rolls back over if he hears it. He doesn't even try to get out of bed to use the restroom. It is insufficient to rouse him from his slumber. br>He is extremely difficult for me to wake up when the alarm goes off, and even when I wake him up to go to the bathroom, he has no recollection of what happened the night before when morning arrives. When we have two kids in the same room, I have to give him constant step-by-step instructions on how to use the bathroom and clean up. In my honest opinion, dealing with him has been more frustrating than I anticipated, and I don't believe he is learning or being trained in any way. I'm doing the same thing I used to do when I set my alarm and went to wake him up every so many hours, except now the alarm only goes off when he pees. br>br>However, I believe this product is ideal for children who do not sleep well and are easily awakened by sound or vibration. My 9-year-old is an early riser who is easily roused by alarm clocks, which signal to his brain that it is time to rise. My 7-year-old is the polar opposite. br> I also took into account the fact that my 9-year-old was prepared. He'd stated that he didn't want to wet himself at night any longer. He was DESPERATE for it to work. My 7-year-old has a completely different attitude. He's come to terms with the fact that he can't control wetting the bed. This product, in my opinion, requires that the child be mentally mature and ready. For it to work, it necessitates a significant amount of personal commitment. br>br>So, if you have a 9-year-old like mine, I say, what are you waiting for? Buy this! You will not be sorry! If they're anything like my 7-year-old, they'll be fine. Wait it out because it's possible that it'll just add to everyone's frustration. It will eventually be outgrown by the child. Alternatively, you could invest in a more expensive alarm that forces them to get out of bed to turn off. br>br>If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would buy for my 9-year-old son. With my 7-year-old, I'm not so sure. However, it was not expensive, so I may have taken a chance and hoped for the best. br>br>Hope this review was helpful, and good luck!.

This is a fantastic product, and I strongly advise you to use the underwear pull-on

to the method of. This procedure is effective. Our 7. Instead of peeing in his pull-up, a 5-year-old boy is finally waking up in the night to pee. We put him in a pair of cloth undies, clipped them to the fly, and then pulled the pulley. ups over the undies made of cloth For the first few nights, it helped me save a lot of laundry. He was only letting out a drop and stopping as soon as the alarm went off by the fourth night. The pull- After that, ups were no longer required, but he desired them for security reasons. He had his first completely dry night at the beginning of week two. By the third week, he was no longer interested in the pull-up. up, but he'd still have mishaps (even if it was only a smidgeon!). ) two or three times per week He's only had one accident in the last month. We unintentionally turned off the alarm. We had grown accustomed to dry nights when we simply forgot to set the alarm one night and have not used it since, which was nine days ago. This is an excellent product. br>I strongly advise you to use the underwear pull-on. It really helped him relax, and it also helped me relax because I knew I wouldn't be drowning in laundry the next day.

The BEST purchase of all time! Since sliced bread, this is the best thing that has happened to mankind
5/5

We've been trying for years to help our daughter stop wetting the bed at night. We sought out specialists and tried a variety of medications. Doctors advised us not to use the alarm because she would eventually outgrow it. Well, she's ten, almost eleven, and this problem was affecting her self-esteem. She was eager to put this alarm to the test. She has stopped nighttime wetting and no longer wears the alarm after about two months of wearing it. We are overjoyed and regret not trying this alarm sooner. This alarm, in my opinion, will only work if the child expresses an interest in stopping bedwetting. That desire, as well as her maturity, played a significant role; she would wake up, go to the bathroom, and then put it back on. She completed the task entirely on her own, allowing her parents to sleep. It was loud enough to wake up parents in the downstairs bedroom on occasion. This product has made my life so much easier!!.

I can't say enough good things about this product; it's amazing
5/5

However, before we could truly potty train my son, we had to treat him for constipation. He was bedwetting on a regular basis. We had him tested for several things to rule out other issues first, and once the constipation was treated, he only wet the bed once a night, but he was still not waking up and was covered in cold pee in the morning. We were initially frustrated that the alarm had not yet woken him up after we had set it. We were able to go in and wake him up and change him because he slept through the alarm every time, but this went on for weeks, and we were beyond frustrated. Then it shifted slightly, so he wouldn't wake up when the alarm went off, but he wouldn't be able to completely empty his bladder, so he'd be a little wet, but we could wake him up and let him finish in the toilet. That period lasted a couple of weeks. Then he started only letting out a drop or two, and when the alarm went off, we'd go in and he'd flush almost everything. He didn't pee at night after that. It's as if a switch had been flipped in his head. He wakes up every now and then to go pee on his own, but he stays dry for the most part of the night. br>br>I took the time to write this because some of the negative reviews I read treated this product as if it were a miracle cure. We had to put in a lot of work to get this product to help us, and we couldn't have trained him without it. He slept so soundly that the alarm, which was placed next to his face and set to both alarm and vibrate, never woke him up. We had to get up in the middle of the night to deal with a child who was adamant about not being awake. You must use the alarm as a tool to help your child start a new cycle. The alarm won't be able to complete all of the tasks by itself.
