When you use it for a few days, it starts to corrode (I'm not sure how else to put it) the wart, and if you press it, it hurts a little bit, but not enough to be noticed.
Salicylic acid, which has a 40% concentration of active ingredient, is the active ingredient. Castor oil, chlorobutanol, and a waxy base are among the inactive ingredients.
But I'm not a doctor, so I can't say for sure. However, I didn't have much luck with this product in my hand. It was necessary to use a tooth pick to target only the wart; otherwise, it would not stick. For large warts, I believe it is preferable.
Yes. It's a acid that works on the surface of the skin.

I work as an x-ray technician in a medical facility. A doctor with whom I work noticed a wart on my distal third finger. He worked as an ER doctor for a long time - He explained to me that warts heal from the inside out, and that all we have to do to treat a wart is irritate it to death. We tried freezing it a couple of times, but the results were mediocre. br>br>After doing some research, I came to the conclusion that if I could do a controlled burn on it, it would irritate the hell out of it and force it to heal. This device did a good job of it at a low cost. Please exercise caution when handling it! Because it can harm the surrounding skin, only use it on the wart. Leave it on with a bandaid for three or four nights in a row, or longer if necessary. If you want to remove the damaged skin with a nail file, go ahead. This thing works, and it's a lot less expensive than seeking expensive medical help. It will most likely take a few weeks for the wart to fully heal and the skin to return to normal after treatment - Sometimes it's just a matter of allowing the body to heal on its own - This was the situation in which I found myself. But now that I've recovered, everything looks and feels normal.
This product works well and contains twice as much acid as a typical liquid product purchased from a pharmacy. What's the catch, and why did I give it four stars? It's about the size of a Chapstick! Keep an eye on where you store this and make sure you're wearing your glasses or your lips may perish, LOL!.
I rarely write reviews for purchases, but this one holds a special place in my heart because I had a large, nasty wart on my middle finger that refused to go away despite my best efforts. This thing was huge, obnoxious, and obvious. Even after two visits to the doctor to have it frozen off, it continued to grow in size. I didn't want to go through the ordeal of a third doctor's appointment, and none of the common Compound Wart treatments were working for me. Before I found this product online, I was beginning to accept this thing as a permanent part of my hand (I was about to name it and give it a birthday at this point). The rave reviews had me skeptical, but let me tell you, I was wrong. This is the ONE AND ONLY product that has ever worked for me. After three weeks of twice-daily application, my finger is as good as new, and I feel like I've regained control of my life! This product was virtually painless, easy to use, and very effective; I applied it in the morning, wrapped it in medical tape, and repeated the process the next evening. It won't appear to be doing anything at first (no pain, no gain?). ) but after a few weeks, you'll notice some noticeable progress. Thank you so much to the product's creators!! From now on, this will be my sole source of wart removal.
We purchased it and immediately began to see results. You must be consistent in your application and do so on a daily basis. Be aware that this will cause the healthy skin around the wart to peel away, so proceed with caution. To avoid peeling of the surrounding skin, I recommend cutting a small hole in a large bandaid the size of the wart, then applying the bandaid with the wart exposed through the small hole you made. Then apply the medicine to the wart, ensuring that the surrounding skin is protected. After you've applied the medicine to the wart, cover it with another small bandaid to keep it in place.
Wear it every day until they're no longer there. There is no trace of the procedure, no scarring, and no discomfort.
On one of our son's hands, he had a wart. It was still there after several visits to the doctor for removal. As a result, we placed an order for this Wart Stick. His wart had vanished in ten days! It was simple, quick, and effective, and the product did not have a bad odor. It's similar to chapstick in appearance. You simply apply it to the wart and cover it with a bandage. Every day, we did it twice. According to other reviews, we should only use the product on the wart and not the surrounding skin. If you have a wart, this is the product to buy! It works.
This stuff is great; I'd give it ten stars if I could, and I can't believe it only cost me $20. I tried liquid nitrogen but it didn't work on a stubborn plantar wart that was causing me so much pain. I tried this Wart Stick and found it to be extremely easy to use and odorless. I began by removing the dead thick skin under my foot, taking a shower, and then applying this product consistently for two weeks, the dead skin peeled off, and the wart was almost completely gone. There was no discomfort for me. The wart hasn't returned in over two months.
For years, I've been battling a planters wart, which has been professionally treated with blister beetle juice and cryo. It was enormous; it's still quite large, but it was about the size of a 50-cent piece. With this, I've been slowly but steadily reversing it. I use a lot of this stuff to coat the wart area, then cover it with duct tape. Every few days, I remove the duct tape and replace it with new duct tape and more wart stick. Once every five years I use wire cutters to remove the soft tissue after 6 days. It's revolting, but I'm getting used to it. My only other option, according to professionals, is to have the wart removed and have an open wound on the bottom of my foot for several weeks. Even if it takes several months, I'd rather do it this way. At the very least, the operation will be smaller if I am unable to eliminate it all. I also considered cryoing it with 134A as I got closer to the finish line. Cryo couldn't help me before because the wart was too thick. The best thing about the wart remover stick is that it doesn't hurt too much, and I'm able to walk normally while it's being treated.
