I tend to supinate when I walk - but they are still great for everyday wear. Footwear that puts more weight on the outsides of the feet is most comfortable for me. The insoles that come with these shoes are double the thickness of the ones that come with standard Keen shoes. Although my Keen shoes are small in size without these insoles, they are TIGHT as soon as I put them in! Apparently they decrease the effective size of the shoe by half a size to a full size. It seems that they have a lot of cushion and are therefore very effective in that regard. According to the Keen website, I followed their sizing guidelines, and they fit nicely.

It would have been nice to have my Keen shoes with me. Here are the inserts that came with the shoes. On the left are the new ones, and on the right are the ones that came with the shoes. I find these softer and thicker than the ones you're used to.
