It was too bulky and large, and wouldn't fit in any of my shoes. I tried to return them and the return policy was unacceptable, so the money was a waste. Generally I find that other shoe inserts work just fine, and I have many pairs of Vionic shoes, so I assumed that this would be a way to achieve comfort in my other shoes, This was a bad purchase. I bought a small and could not fit it even into one pair of shoes. Save your money and don't buy this product.
