Questions & Answers

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these relief insoles and Can you recommend any products for hiking and walking that would be helpful for my plantar fasciitis?

Running, walking, and hiking are all activities that can be performed with Active If you are moving more often, you may require specialized support. When you are standing or on your feet for an extended period of time, a relief product may be helpful. This is an excellent tool if you work at a retail store

Can these inserts be used by people with ?

The problem is that I do not know what size to choose and I have Yet I am aware of the fact that you can take an insert from your shoe and place these inserts underneath. Make sure the orthoheel insert is the same size as the original one. This will mean it will fit correctly on your foot. I wish you the best of

They can be worn with flat shoes as well. ?

These do fit perfectly in flats with this insole, but if they are too tight with this insole, try the 3/4 It would be better if that was the case. Order from Orthotic Shop by calling 800- Item 309

I want to get a size 7 but I'm not sure what size to get. Would you mind if I asked you what size you wear?

A 7 is my size and a small is my size. This fits more comfortably in my shoes and boots than any other brand. As well as getting slim fits, I try to get clothes that are fitted.

My life was changed when I met you I saved my career because of you
5/5

The inserts are amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough. Due to the nature of my profession, I am on my feet all day, working A horrendous case of Plantar Fasciitis happened to me. At night my foot swelled up so much that it held me up from the moment I got home since I was so disoriented during the day. My podiatrist recommended I have $450 custom orthotic inserts made to wear every day to help alleviate my pain. Cortisone injections had helped, but my foot doctor recommended an orthotic insert. My options are to either purchase a $100. 00 or a non-$100. 00 For $60, he made a pair for me. As I was wearing a $100 pair of ankle boots that I had purchased within the past month, I declined his offer. I paid $800 to a shoe store that specializes in custom inserts for 'running' shoes.
It goes without saying that the shot worked for a couple of weeks, then the pain just got worse. Lastly, a coworker joined in on the fun An Orthaheel insert was recommended to me by a co-worker. As well, she suffered from the same foot issue, but after using Orthaheel inserts, it was resolved. A great deal at With 00 bucks on the line, it seemed worth a shot. My shoes felt like they were made for me from the moment I put them on. As soon as I got hooked, I couldn't stop. It is impossible for me to describe how much of a difference they have made to my life. It was only after I discovered them that I realized how wonderful they were. As a Mom, I went from being unable to attend amusement parks or spend time at the mall on my days off with my kids to doing things like going to the gym regularly and taking workout classes. In addition to that, my podiatrist compared them to the inserts he sells and was very impressed. He said I should stick to The thing I like most about Orthaheel is that he is simply incredible. The shoes I own now are rotated from shoe to shoe every couple of weeks. Moreover, I have also found out that they are somehow affiliated with Vionic shoes, so I have bought several pairs and can recommend them highly. It was you who changed my life and saved my career. Thank you so much, Orthaheel.

It feels so good to be relieved
4/5

had read some bad reviews about these inserts, so I wasn't sure if I should try them or not. It would be appreciated if you addressed the negative feedback you received. As for me, I already own a pair of Orthaheel slides which I wear I still have PF (in both feet) but I can now walk around without extreme pain. With them, I now walk without excessive It was necessary for me to have shoes or inserts that helped me when I left the house. As soon as I saw these "Relief" insoles, I wanted to give them a try. Besides the 3/4 length, I bought a pair of the full length as well. As for the 3/4 length, they did help a bit, but I do not feel that they are secure enough for my feet. I am able to wear the dress shoes in dress shoes (flats, not heels). I was concerned that the full length would be too much for my loafers when I received it. As a result, I was pleased that they fit into the shoe and my feet still had room. foot, making it hard to find shoes that don't aggravate it. To my great surprise, I was able to wear these loafers in my loafers while they still didn't As the paperwork claims, supporting the foot with these inserts is supposed to help with bunions too, so I must agree that what they say must be true. I have read that these inserts are not of high quality. In no way do I agree with this statement. While the shoes are not custom orthotics, they are very well made especially for the cost. They are extremely light weight, which can lead people to think they are cheap, but the shoes are very It is really an advantage to have such a light weight. Some people claim that inserts are too stiff and hard I have found that these inserts make me feel as though It was impossible to believe how wonderful they felt when I stood on them for the first time. The soles appears to absorb shock when walking with the heal striking the floor and cushioning it instead of making it painful as it would with a regular sole. You wouldn't even know they were cushioned if you touched them. In the past I had spenco inserts, but they were hard and unbending, so instead of making my heels more comfortable, they actually hurt them. As a result, they give good arch support that is needed while wearing PFOs, without being at all hard. It should be noted that these can be cut to fit any shoe. That is what they expect of you. In addition, they advise you to remove the insert from your shoes before using It is impossible to remove the inserts from my loafers and yet they still fit just fine. In order to break in your new shoe, you need to wear Not with my feet, but it was a challenge for my hips and lower back to adjust to the new way of walking and standing I had to get used to with these inserts. The reason I have more problems with change than most people is that I have fibromyalgia, which makes my body oversensitive to it. My body is now getting used to the new support after about two weeks and I have no doubt that my hips, low back, and knees will be forever grateful for it for the rest of my life

Will it hurt my feet still? My physical activity has increased, but not as much as in the past, and I can stand and walk for much longer periods of time now than previously. As time passes, I expect it to get better. I just want to make it clear that these are NOT cheaply made and cushion the foot and heel as they support the arch of the There are no two people alike, and you have to see what works for you based on There's no need to be scared to try them even though people say they're cheap. I don't agree with you. As for the replacement, they do recommend to replace them every year as needed depending on how often you wear them. I just bought two more pairs so I don't have to change them in shoes all the time.

This is horrible
3/5

It was too bulky and large, and wouldn't fit in any of my shoes. I tried to return them and the return policy was unacceptable, so the money was a waste. Generally I find that other shoe inserts work just fine, and I have many pairs of Vionic shoes, so I assumed that this would be a way to achieve comfort in my other shoes, This was a bad purchase. I bought a small and could not fit it even into one pair of shoes. Save your money and don't buy this product.

For low arches, these are a must
5/5

It's been several years since I have used them, and I walk between 10,000 to 15,000 steps every day, whether as I work as a nurse or When I was little, I had "cookie" inserts in my shoes. I've had "flat feet" since I was a child (I'm now 54). If I walk barefoot in the house for an extended period of time, my hips eventually hurt. My life has been saved thanks to them. usually order shoes with these inserts built in, but for brands that do not offer this option, I either use the full or half inserts. If I don't have them, I'm out of luck. They're even being used by my husband, who does not feel like he has full arch support when he works out.

Don't forget to take precautions
3/5

This is only a MEDIUM level of There is an awful pain in my foot caused by Tide flip flops by Vionic are the only shoes I can wear all day long, all year round. There is one unfortunate aspect of Vionic products that they are not all An example of this is this. Please make sure you only want Medium relief as that is what you will get at best. In my opinion, this orthotic fits well at the bottom of the rung. Unless you count a little bump on top they call an arch as support, there's none. It's flat as a pancake for the rest of the product. Sorry to hear that. Unlike Tide flip flops, I can wear this for an hour when I do not want to wear them the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I will have to pay for it with a miserable foot pay for days to come. There is no doubt in my mind that others will have greater There are certain brands I want to be able to trust. Continuing to search is my plan. The shipping process is very easy and.

Taking care of your feet is a godsend
5/5

My Vionics wore out the soles so I bought these to replace them. Although I thought there would be the need to trim the insoles (I wear a 7 1/2), the shoe fit perfectly with my flat. What a great idea Before, I used to experience foot issues that limited my ability to stand for long periods of time, but now I am able to walk the entire day without experiencing any issues, even when wearing The thin insoles on these insoles can fit into a variety of shoe types since they are thinner than the average insert. Ideally, they should not be too thick. I have worn them in flats, loafers, sneakers, etc. I would say it's well worth the money. Make sure every shoe has a pair!.
