Well. I've only tried a sample of this product, the Wonderwin Silicone Gel Heel Cups, so I can't comment on the accuracy of the claims made by the company. br>br>Furthermore, I don't have plantar fasciitis, a sore heel, heel pain, dry cracked heels, Achilles tendinitis, or any other foot ailment; all I want is some cushiony goodness for my hoofies when I'm wearing workboots and puttingzing around the backyard, and these fit perfectly inside my boots. They don't move around. And, perhaps most importantly, they go unnoticed. I mean that in a positive way! br>br>The fact that you can get four pairs of these for less than one set of Dr. Shoals heal cushions is an added bonus. While I have no use for the other three pairs in their original form, I have repurposed each in my shop as anti-slip socks. Support for a variety of tools and work pieces on skids- I must say, these things are fantastic at holding a large sheet of dusty 3/4" MDF in place while I cut into it in various directions! br>br>With my purchase, I'm very happy.

These heel guards appear to be a good buy at first glance. Unlike my other pair from a different company, these appear to be sturdy enough to handle my daily 5 mile walks and will, I believe, last longer. My blue ones have only been alive for a week and are already showing signs of exhaustion. I haven't had a chance to put these to the test yet. I just got them. I'll let you know my final verdict in a week's time. br>br>Personally, I'm hoping they work for me. I like that the back edge is higher than the blue heel guard; however, I'm concerned about the sides, which may be high enough to irritate my arch, and the wedge part, which may not be tapered enough to keep me from feeling it all the time. br>br>Unfortunately, these heel guards were not comfortable for me. Granted, my shoe is a large size, but the heel isn't particularly unusual. These guards should be wider in order to better fill the heel area. They won't need to taper the guard's sides down as much if they do that. They're currently high enough on the sides to cause a blister on one of my heels before I even finished my first walk in them. Also, the length could be a little shorter. They were particularly noticeable in the arch area as I walked, which was inconvenient. br>br>For those with sensitive feet, hard-to-fit shoes are a good option. Please, feet, these would be perfect and an excellent purchase!.

These inserts did not keep my feet from hurting and being tender under the bottom at the end of the day, as I had hoped. They are, however, both comfortable and affordable. They stay in place thanks to the sticky backing, and having multiple pairs is handy. My foot pain is most likely going to require professional assistance.

I bought these to replace the disposable ones I'd been using, and I liked how easy they were to clean and reuse. They appear to be durable and easy to move around in shoes, though I don't have to move them at all with this pack of four pairs. There's plenty of it. br>br>I was having problems with my plantar area of my foot, so I wanted to go back to heel cups to provide some heel relief while I let it heal and stretch it out. They're very comfortable and do the job of providing a little extra heel support, especially when jogging, walking, or standing. br>br>These are highly recommended.

Cushioned to the max. They stick well in your shoes and stay put thanks to the adhesive; they're ideal for shoes that don't already have heel cushioning. When I walk, I put a lot of strain on my heels, and I have a bad heel spur that makes walking a lot easier.

After about a month of use, here is an update: My pain has been greatly reduced thanks to these heel supports. Every day, I put them in all of my shoes and wear them for up to 12 hours. Those who claim they cut into your feet or that they are only good if you have narrow feet are most likely putting them on incorrectly. I have very wide feet, so I have to make sure that everything fits properly. They don't cut into my feet, and they're not "like putting a rock in your shoe," as one reviewer put it. br>br>After a month, my symptoms have significantly improved, and I plan to use them for as long as I need to. Without hesitation, I would purchase them again. Original review: br>br> br> I only got it a few days ago, so this is based on my initial impressions. They're a little heavier (in a good way) and have a lot of room in the heel. I had been suffering from severe heel pain due to many days on my feet, working on a hard asphalt surface (symptoms of Plantar Faciitis). After two days of wearing these, the majority of the most severe discomfort was gone. I'm not sure if this is a long-term solution, but I'm impressed by how quickly things are changing.

I like how they stay in place while I'm wearing my shoes and are easy to take off so you can use them with all of your other pairs. Overall, these are extremely comfortable, and my heels appreciate the relief.

On a cement floor, I worked for eight hours a day. I've had them for over a week and they do provide some much-needed cushioning, but they have a few flaws, the most serious of which is that they are too big (wide) for most of my shoes. Even though I ordered the smalls, they are too small. They're fine in one pair of shoes that I've found. I also think the high rim around the edge is excessive and causes a different kind of discomfort; unlike other inserts, it's impossible to forget you're wearing these. The adhesive appears to work well, though they will slip slightly over time; I'm still debating whether to keep or return them, especially since the price dropped so dramatically after I ordered them.
