These were fantastic! My shorter leg would make it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time because I would shift my weight from one leg to the other. I used one of the clear layers and adhered it to the nude color top layer (each layer has a sticker-like bottom). I tried it on in my shoe and it fit perfectly, so I removed the sticker cover and glued it to the bottom of my shoe. These have made a significant difference, and I now feel much more balanced and stable as a result of them. They're in my boots and sneakers now. I believe these would also work well with flats for someone who prefers heels.
