Questions & Answers
I bought this lift, and it came with a chart with the following sizing information on it. Small, medium, and large correspond to the shoe sizes indicated:
Men: small=4- Medium=6- 5 large=10, 9 Women: 13br> small=5- medium=7- 6 There are no sizes listed in size 11 because there are no sizes listed in size 11.
You have the option of anchoring them I. Double-sided tape is applied to the shoe. It's the only option I've come up with so far.
In the package, there is one heel lift.

Since I wear some form of orthotic in every shoe I own, I use the layers I split off in other shoes as well. The under layers will have a little adhesive on them when you pull them off, but this doesn't matter at all when placed under a full orthotic. I've worn it in sandals because the top one adheres well. They can't be swapped between shoes, so once you put them on, they're in for good.
look at the heel cushions They'd be fine, I'm sure. However, the chemical odor was too much for me to bear, and I had to wrap them in plastic and throw them away because they stank up my entire closet. Naturally, I am unable to locate the ones I purchased previously and enjoyed. SIGH!.
After having a hip replacement, one of my legs is now longer than the other, which I was not warned about. I went to therapy, but it didn't seem to help with the pain. It's been six months since we last saw each other. I just got these a few days ago, and they were a huge help! I'm not hunched over from the pain, but I'm walking straight. I'm no longer experiencing muscle spasms when I sit or lie down. Please try these adjustable ones so you aren't stuck with a size that isn't right for you.
I'm a size 9 in women's clothing. 5 Saucony tennis shoe with a medium width. I have an older brand, the dark grey and pink one, that I bought about two years ago. For my shoe, this lift pad was far too wide. I couldn't get it to fit around the heel's back edge. Adjustable Lift medium is my go-to shoe. I wanted to experiment with something new. A few years ago, the VA implanted Adjustable Life into my shoe. I'm going to keep doing what I've been doing. I wanted something with a little more cushion than the adjustable lift, which has leather on the top. Sure, it's more cushy, but it's also less long-lasting.
I found out by accident that one leg is shorter than the other, so I went to a specialty shoe store and asked for these, which he had on his counter. My hip pain was significantly reduced as a result of it. I use the blue painter's masking tape to keep it in place in my shoe if it doesn't stay put. In addition, I always place it under the insole provided by the manufacturer.
To fit it into my shoe, I had to cut it down a little. The layers had separated and would not stay in place after just 4 hours of regular walking with it. It was thrown away right away.
Because it did not taper down, the top layer was thick and uncomfortably thick. The other two pieces were torn apart because they didn't pull apart.
For height, I liked the peel-off option, but after about a month, it became cupped and useless, causing more pain than it helped.
