If your shoe isn't a little too big, these liners will make your shoes too tight. It's not removable once you've stuck it in, so make sure it's exactly where you want it. The liners, on the other hand, do an excellent job of preventing blisters.
These cushions were supposed to keep my heels from slipping out of a pair of new Chinese-made flats, but they didn't stay in place for long and didn't prevent my heels from slipping out. The insides of the shoes are made of very rough leather with no lining. They also had a horizontal seam across the heel, which means the cushions may adhere better to shoes with smooth leather or different linings.
At first, I thought these would be great, despite the fact that they were a little difficult to evenly place in the shoe. Then I wore the shoes out, and as soon as my feet began to sweat, they became extremely slippery, and the shoes slid even more than before.
It was garbage right out of the box. Adhesion vanished in a flash. Get something else, this is garbage. It's not worth the price, and the quality isn't worth the money.
Especially useful if your heels are just a smidgeon too big. When you walk, they keep your heel from slipping out. If they're significantly too big, these aren't going to save you, but it's worth a shot. I'm going to order a few extra pairs just in case I need them for future shoe purchases.
Because my feet occasionally come out of my heels, I got the heel liners to take up some extra space. However, these particular liners began to cause blisters on my feet. After using these, my feet stopped slipping out and the shoes fit better, but the rubber didn't feel very comfortable.
This worked reasonably well. My platform loafers had a problem with the heel slipping off every time I took a step. These heel liners worked great when I put them on. With each step, however, it began to make a squeaky noise. In addition, the sticky part would come away from the shoes slightly, requiring me to press it back into place. However, it is extremely soft and cozy.
ouch! These worked like a charm; no more issues, and I've had them long enough to know that they're comfortable. It was a game changer! I'm going to buy more!.
