It's easy to slip them into my sneakers and they stay in place! It is possible to remove and reposition them many times and they remain in place all day and night! The heat and humidity in New York City this summer made my feet sweat so much, that I walked for what seemed like miles! I was really impressed with how fast my order arrived. When they arrived, my family had barely begun hiking, and it was difficult to wear hiking shoes for more than 6 hours per day. There was also some extra padding provided, not much, but a little. Despite staying put for so long, I was surprised how well they did. There is a high level of adhesion between these. I would use these cushions again if I have a shoe that doesn't fit quite right or if my shoes rub. Also a great deal for the price. My only con would be to wish that there was an even thicker pad included to help with sizing issues.

Despite ordering something online, I never received it. As a result, I received only four pairs of insole arch support cushions for the bottom of my feet, instead of the heel cushions included in this package. had opened them at the last minute to wear to a wedding I was in, and it was too late to return them. In order to prevent blisters, I had to apply them to the inside of the back of the shoe. I wore them, but they were obviously not fitting properly, and they were also too thick, which caused my toes to hurt because the shoes were too narrow. The backs of my feet did not get blistered, but after the trip, my toes were bruised and sore for about one week.
