We had a good experience with the product Despite their quality, they hurt my feet due to their tightness. have a shoe size 9 and a medium width foot. For my feet, I could not wear the shoes for more than 30 minutes before the pain set in. Possibly if I had used them more, they would have loosened up more, but that is unlikely. They do the job perfectly, they are not too thick, and they are truly supportive. As an example, if you're playing some sport and then change from your tennis shoes to your sandals, you could wear those to support your arch if you're going to be walking around in them for a while. They'd work great either way.

Even when my feet are sore, I'll put them on before bed so I can sleep comfortably. I don't use them every day or anything, but when my feet are sore, I will put them on before bed for compression. tell you the truth, when I bought them I thought it was a scam. If I just used Ace bandages, I could do whatever I wanted. After having them for a while, I feel that they have been well worth the money for just slipping them on. Here, we have no complaints to make.

Plantar fasciitis patients may find these bands useful for supporting their arches and supporting their arches. The shoes are very useful for exercise and walking around at home.
