I'm not a runner by any stretch of the imagination. But I'm a walker, so that's not an option for me. In addition, I engage in cardio exercises on the floor. As a result, they are beneficial to me. If you've ever had the more expensive Strutz brand, you'll notice that these don't have the thicker ball in the middle of the arch. I like to wear these to walk and exercise in and just go about my day in, and I'll wear the strutz to bed so I can walk right away when I wake up. Without any discomfort.
The tip of the point is directed toward the toe. For the past four years, I've been wearing these. Of course, if the other way feels better, go ahead and do it!
By applying constant pressure to the arch padding when stepping, it relieves the dull plantar fasciitis pain. Prickling, sharp shooting, or jabbing pain are more common symptoms of neuropathy. Wearing these arch supports will NOT relieve nerve pain if you suffer from neuropathy.
While the item's original concept was positive, the actual product does not adequately support the arch because the curshion is too flat and the dimensions are too small. Worst of all, the wide black band across the tops of the feet restricts its use because it looks bold and almost vulgar with any shoes, even black ones, and it can't be worn with most socks unless they are thick and black.

I've had plantar fasciitis for a few years; I was born with a congenital defect and had to wear braces on my feet and calves until I was two years old to straighten them out. My arch has always been very high, and I've always walked on the outside of my feet. I've tried inserts as well as spending a lot of money on specialized shoes. I enjoy walking barefoot, but even an hour on my feet while cleaning my house causes me constant pain. I've tried a variety of other low-cost support socks in the hopes of being able to wear flats or go without shoes. I figured I'd give these a try because they looked like they'd support my arch well and that I could wear them all day without my feet's blood circulation being disrupted. I love them because I can wear them while wearing flats and get the support I need while walking around my house barefoot without aching after washing the dishes. They're light and don't make my feet feel like they're wearing compression socks. I also don't get the shooting pain in my heal and up my calf anymore when I stand up. I'll most likely order some more to keep on hand.
They are not worth the money or the time. There is almost no padding; when I step, I don't even notice it. The band that holds them on is so slack that it does nothing to keep them in place. They also have a revolting odor to them. These aren't the ones to get if you're looking for true plantar fasciitis arch support. br>I'm not sure why these have such a high rating when the product is so bad.
My initial concern was that the elastic band would be too tight, but it actually fits perfectly. It comes with three pairs of straps, for a total of six. Plantar fasciitis and Metatarsal fasciitis are two conditions that I have. My arch section has been bothering me recently. Arch support is putting just the right amount of pressure on my feet, and I've noticed a significant difference in just one day. What I like best about it is that I can simply move it to where I need it and it will take care of both the arch pain and the fasciitis. br>Because I only had it for a day, I'll update again in a week.
My feet have been in a lot less pain since I bought these four days ago. My shoes fit comfortably over them after I put them on over my socks. If you have high arched feet like me, I recommend trying out these arched bands. You'll also receive three pairs of shoes!.
I have a bad habit of wearing shoes that don't provide adequate arch support, and either my arches have deteriorated significantly over time or I've always had low arches. I'm not sure if I've ever had full-fledged full-fledged full-fledged full-fledged full-f I've never had full-blown plantar fasciitis, but I've had days when I felt like I'd tweaked one or both of my feet (usually by switching from heels to flats), and walking barefoot was excruciating. These pads are comfortable, can be worn with or without shoes, and provide good support when placed well beneath the arch of the foot. If I wear them without shoes, they tend to slip a little, but slipping is minimal when I wear them with any type of shoe (including soft slippers). The padding is also a little thin for my liking (mainly because I require a lot of support), but because my order came with several sets, I was able to stack the pads on top of one another to achieve the desired thickness.
These won't cure it, but they're a good start; I was skeptical at first because of the price, but they're a great deal!.
This came as a complete surprise to me, as I had not expected much from this arch support given my limited budget. So, having three pairs for one price was a good deal for me; at first, the product appeared cheap, which was not a big deal because I wasn't paying top dollar, but then I realized how comfortable they were. I attempted to make a three-dimensional object. I went for a mile walk with this arch support first, and it made me feel very comfortable and relieved my foot fatigue. I've been wearing it every day for a week now, and I'm really enjoying it.
They're comfortable, and they're the right price. I have flat feet, so these are great for extra support under my arch. Especially when you're at home and want to go for a walk. At home, I put them on with crocks or slippers. I can't think of anything negative to say about it. They are very relaxing for me. The strap around your foot, on the other hand, may take some getting used to. Overall, it's an excellent product that I would strongly recommend if you require arch support. It also appears to be beneficial to my walking and back pain.
