When I saw them in person, I was surprised at how well they worked. As if to say "really!" I was stunned! The irony is not lost on me. My socks are now on and I'm ready to go. I was searching for something that would provide comfort and pain relief for my foot pain and I found something that provided both. Although I've received the inserts, the shoes are still too small with the inserts. Additionally, we have been in quarantine this past year, so I have been barefoot quite a bit, which aggravated My foot pain has decreased immensely since I received these arch supports and I've been walking around barefoot in them for several days now. On a night out last night, I even wore them with my super cute but super uncomfortable boots -- it was a huge improvement. In spite of my hate of shoes and chronic foot pain, these pads did not compress my shoes and provided much needed support. If you are on the fence, I strongly recommend you try them out, especially if you dislike shoes like I do but need foot pain relief. These will go in the wash and still fit well, so I'll buy more to make sure I.

I had a fallen arch this past summer, and this product has helped me a lot. However, I do not wear my shoes inside the house. I was able to get shoe inserts made for my feet and they work well. The only time I go out is to go shopping sometimes, but I became very adamant about wearing arch supports since I don't travel. I recently received this set of arch supports and I have to say I was delighted. On the first day I put them on, I thought there would be little to see, but they do a lot in fact. I find that these provide just enough support to prevent my foot from rolling my ankle if I wear them in this fashion. I have been using it successfully to relieve foot and ankle pain. They would be recommended to anyone suffering from arch support problems in a heartbeat! You have a fantastic product, I'm glad I tried it! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product.

Upon opening the package, I wasn't hopeful that these would provide any relief, but almost immediately, they delivered what I needed. I suffered from plantar fasciitis aggravated by ankylosing spondylitis, which was terribly painful and nearly crippling. As a result of treatment from my doctor, I was asked to do stretches, cold packs, arch rolls with a tennis ball, to never go barefoot, and to wear There were even shots in the arches of both feet that were very painful. The moment I saw these on Amazon, I was contemplating amputating my left foot (just sort of). Those didn't seem like they had much of a chance of working for me. This is a flimsy looking and feeling product. The pain has now become manageable, despite the fact I'm still in quite a bit of pain. Rather than padding, there is just a slight wedge that sits on your arches. For me, one pair is enough for my left foot, so the four I get from the package add up to four. Except when changing into a clean one or taking a shower, I never remove it from my head. In addition to sleeping with it on, I wear it under my sock under my special insoles (Superfeet Green) during the day. There is a lot of comfort in this chair. Unlike other plastic bags I've used, these are thin and flimsy, so they need to be washed by hand however, even if I have to replace them every couple months, it's worth it. Thanks for sharing these! I am so glad I found them. As of now, I wear a shoe size 7 and am a female. I find that they fit well on me. Different people will be able to wear them in different ways. I just updated The year 2021 begins on January 7.
I am feeling much better now, especially regarding my heel pain. Despite not being back to normal, I am able to carry on with my normal activities. Well, of course. I waited a week just to update you on my progress.

***UPDATE It feels great to wear this while I am at home while I am wearing my cushioned house slippers! It's been a few days since I was wearing it while at home and it truly does make a While I have cushioned house slippers, though the cushion is wearing off, my heel will sometimes hurt while I am walking, but when I wear this with my slippers, the heel pain goes away. I also feel more comfortable walking, carrying it doesn't get in the way either. I find it really interesting that something so simple and simple can produce such a profound effect on comfort!
