Once was for work, the other for casual wear. My day is filled with walking up and down stairs. In addition to walking up and down stairs, I navigate a variety of terrains as well. Previously, my left foot was in quite a bit of pain, and these alleviated most of it. The second time I wore them, I had super high wedge boots on. Due to the intense pain in my foot, I had been unable to wear any shoes with heels. It was so surprising, but I did not have any pain for about an hour and a half wearing them. Quite a bit of that time was spent sitting down, but even that can cause discomfort.
My arches are extremely high. I found them to comfortably fit around my foot, and my arch was supported. I felt like they were a bit looser on the second wearing. The closest I can get to being flat is 1 centimetre- I am flat-footed and therefore cannot walk even 100 steps without my ankles, feet, and back hurting.
