If you have wide feet, you may need to order the bigger size. I wore a size small even though I wear a size 11 women's shoe.
Is it men's? Is it women's? In my opinion, men have the right to do whatever they want. women's, they should be snug, but not as snug as the men's. My feet are fairly narrow so they fit perfectly. I'm a size 6 1/2.
It is a long sleeve
It's well made and will stretch, but you might try returning it if it doesn't work for you. I have a size 16 D and found the support to be tight and hard. It's well made and will stretch, but you might ask about returning it? Hope you have a good day!

that the pointed side of your heel is facing out! (That is the correct way to wear this. ) I was going to give this a bad review before I realized that I was supposed to wear it this way. With this product your flat feet will be well supported! Gymnastics has been my favorite sport since I was 10 years old. As a result of my flat feet, I have knee problems and am thinking it might be related to this. In light of the fact that I do not wear shoes very often, this product is great compared to shoe inserts. The only downside to this is that I don't have to wear shoes on the carpet around the house with them!.
Once was for work, the other for casual wear. My day is filled with walking up and down stairs. In addition to walking up and down stairs, I navigate a variety of terrains as well. Previously, my left foot was in quite a bit of pain, and these alleviated most of it. The second time I wore them, I had super high wedge boots on. Due to the intense pain in my foot, I had been unable to wear any shoes with heels. It was so surprising, but I did not have any pain for about an hour and a half wearing them. Quite a bit of that time was spent sitting down, but even that can cause discomfort.
My arches are extremely high. I found them to comfortably fit around my foot, and my arch was supported. I felt like they were a bit looser on the second wearing. A strange smell also emanates from them. The only thing I'm hoping for is that these will allow me to work without pain and wear all those fabulous heels I own.
The second pair of shoes I ordered is already on its way. I noticed that my right ankle was painful several years ago. The cause of the problem was flat feet, resulting in tendonitis. In spite of nearly two years worth of assorted braces and arch supports under podiatrist care with little relief, I finally created my own arch support using batting and elastic In the past, I have acquired numerous supports for the batting and tape to wear underneath. This latest purchase is my eighth. I have only worn the supports two days but I am already in love with them. I no longer need my batting or Their snug fit is just right for Despite the challenges they face, they are still comfortable at the end of the day. My experience with them has not been as extensive as walking a lot. They provide good arch support. Whenever I experience pain, it always returns to that area. The last time I walked very far (like a mile or more) was many years ago, so I will see how far I can go. These are still the best solution I have found for my arch support, even if my pain returns.
Despite wearing the Arch Support Sleeve for one week, I developed horrible rashes on my foot everywhere it touched. Usually, I had to wait six to eight weeks for the swelling to go down. Prior to buying the product, I read reviews in which similar symptoms were reported. I made sure to wash my hands and my feet after using, as well as my sleeve. No help is gained from it.
The solution is Adding the sleeve over the compression sock, then placing your normal socks over it, is what you need to do. As a result, I have been able to minimize the damage I do throughout the day and feel less pain in the mornings and during the day.
Plantar fasciitis is a condition that my husband suffers from. It seems like he is constantly walking for 12 hours every The customer said to me that he is quite pleased with them today. Wearing them has reduced his foot pain and he is not as bothered by it anymore.
As a result of ordering the size L/XL and receiving a size S/M, I am giving the product 2 stars. I may be comfortable in the right size, but I cannot return it because I lack the time (or patience). According to my shoe size chart (regular), I am a size There is a little bit of a gap between the 5 and S/M pair. I like the quality of this product as it's washable and appears.
The closest I can get to being flat is 1 centimetre- I am flat-footed and therefore cannot walk even 100 steps without my ankles, feet, and back hurting. My feet and back started screaming for me to stop and sit after I first started wearing these sleeves. I am able to take a few more steps before I have to stop and sit. It is a little uncomfortable at first (you feel like you have a sock rolled up under your arches), but you come to like it after wearing them for a while. It's the inability to stay in place that gives me the most trouble. You can wear them even if you wear I can feel the bit under my arch moving from the under side to the inner side as I walk around with them I wear shoes that have soles on both sides. It is common for me to have to shift things into place when doing something else. Latex rubber is used to make them- Since they are of a cotton-type material, my feet sweat after a few minutes of wearing them. They are easy enough to clean and seem to hold up well-- I haven't stretched out in any way. As I was cleaning up my apartment at home and doing household chores one day, I was wearing them barefooted. My podiatrist ordered me to stop wearing them. I had to stop wearing them. The pads in them shifted, as they always do, and caused me pain in the back of my right foot, just above There are two types of diagnoses It is caused by the spraining of a ligament.
As far as I am concerned, this item works. Despite the fact that I only find it works when I wear You can feel the support at that time, but you cannot feel it when I'm barefoot at home. It does feel comfortable, though. It happens to me sometimes that I don't even remember that I am an.
