My husband had surgery on his thumb a couple of years ago, so I bought these to wear afterwards. I used them to boil water for nectar for hummingbirds and they still worked well. But 5 days ago, as I have done hundreds of times before, I was boiling water for nectar and the boiling water exploded out of the purex bowl right onto my hands. (I've had burns before, and they are all painful, but this one, especially on my right hand, is far worse than the rest. I have kept an antibiotic ointment on the burn and covered it with a Telfa pad-2 as I need to keep the burn moist. Taking it 3 times a day is sufficient. The patch doesn't stick at all, enables the burn to heal in a moist environment and offers protection. The pad has played a big part in the improvement within these five days, and I can't believe the improvement in this short period. It is highly recommended that you use them if something like this happens to you, though most importantly, don't fall victim to them under any circumstances.
It would be great if these pads could be found I have never paid attention to the expiration dates, but I never forget about them. Based on the printed date on the packaging, the box I received was expired The pad is only for use in writing? Is that correct? It is a high quality pad, so make sure to check the expiration date. (This would be the brand to use if you have to cut the pad with scissors. ).
The Mohs surgery I just had on my nose has been successful. It was the product used on my nose at the doctor's office and I was unable to find it in a The product is very easy to use, and it does not irritate the wound at all. It is a highly recommended product, especially for sensitive skin.
Keep yourself out of trouble by not sticking. Oh my gosh. No, it did not work like that. For adhesion, I did not give it any stars since it is not supposed to stick. The gaping wound on my thumb was the last thing I wanted for anything to adhere to it after I cut it off with a table saw. I was very happy to find that this product was the perfect solution for what I was using previously. The previous product stuck to the wound, and I was having a hard time removing it so I replaced the bandaging. Healing is going well with the thumb.
During my skin cancer surgery, I used these as an aftercare product. Despite what they claim, the pads did not stick to my stitches, and the quality of the pads exceeded my expectations. It was an excellent value and I have a lot left over, so I won't have to buy any more for a while. Excellent.
A bandage like this is great for covering small There is no scientific basis for their existence They are not adhesive and do not stick to injuries. Tape helps avoid irritation when I use it. The Healing Easier products have an expiration date, however, you can store them for a long time since they don't have adhesive. Seller Healing Easier delivered all products within 24 hours of ordering.
The telfa pads I've used have been much better. As if they were wrapped in a thin layer of saran wrap, they feel like cotton. I don't have trouble with them sticking to my wounds, but if I knew they were going to be so thin that I would bleed through them into my clothes, I would have saved money and cut out the middleman.
The ones they had were similar to what my doctor gave me, but they were not the same. Although I purchased a similar brand previously, it wasn't as good as what the Doctor was using, so I purchased these. There is no sticking to the wound at all with these dressings. This product has been very helpful to me.
