It is a fake. Do not buy this product. It is a fake. It's actually a Telfa pad with a non-stick surface. There is not much to it besides a piece of thin gauze with a small plastic strip on it. In each photo, you can see the real Telfa pad on the left.
During a surgical procedure near my chin, I was required to change the dressing every day. Exactly one month ago, I had my examination and was told I should get a non-invasive exam The dressing should adhere to the skin. Congratulations! Good luck with your project! Despite the absence of the drug in different brands of pharmacies, it is available It took about a day and a half for the package to reach its destination. Thanks to Amazon for making my life easier!.
These Telfa dressings seem to be very effective for me. There was an issue with the clear plastic wrap that was used to keep the Wrapped Dressings in the box, as it bent the wrapper, causing it to be so bent that it cannot stand straight when placed in the The Clear wrap may need to be less tightened but it may not be a major issue. In other words, I think this is a good value for the money.
The ones I was given in the hospital were of poor quality. These photos disappointed me in terms of quality. My disappointment was that they fell apart.
As for my case, these pads are very good, but they are not completely non-adhesive. I also have very sensitive skin, and the edges of these pads are quite sharp. If you have good skin that is in good condition and are applying this to a wound that is open, you may not find it sticks very strongly, but if you have an open wound and need this to hold the drainage, then it does stick. These have been tried a number of times by me and my wound care nurses but I won't be able to use them due to this product sticking to the wound and the very irritating edges. They might be perfect for someone else but I don't think they are the right product for me.
This was used to wrap my thigh after I suffered a liquid burn on most of the front of it. I had a hard time staying in place, especially while In the middle of the night, even while I was sleeping, it undid.
It is easy to use while dressing wounds and to tape down on the Additionally, from what I understand, the material is soft and does not cause itching on sensitive skin. Thanks Covidien for such a nice product.
I use only a small part of a sheet every time - not so great if the wound is large. You should consult your insurance provider for a prescription for these to confirm that they are covered.
