They're all wrapped up separately.
China is the source of this product.
After I've applied the gauze sponge to the wound bed, I usually wrap it in rolled gauze. The less tape you apply to the skin, the less likely you are to injure yourself.
Any tape designed for use on the skin works well for me. Also, it is dependent on the geographical location. It moved a little because it was on my waist and because of my pants. However, I strongly advise you to try these! Super absorbent and soft.

"This package contains 50 individually wrapped sterile gauze sponges," according to the packaging information found on the internet. "In the box I received, there are 25 individually wrapped packages of sterile gauze sponges, each containing two sponges. Yes, there are 50 in total, but if you only need one sterile gauze sponge, the other is no longer sterile.
This is unquestionably a fantastic deal - I was looking for a specific size of gauze (it had to be a 4"X4") and this was the best price I could find. BEWARE - There are only 25 pouches in the box when you open it, but each pouch contains two gauze sponges.
These gauzes are extremely thick. It's not the type of breathable mesh that's commonly found in hospitals. br>I like how thick they are because it adds a lot of cushioning. If you don't need non-adherent gauze but don't want your gauze to stick to the wound bed, these are a good option. The disadvantage is that I am unable to use it as a wet to dry dressing because it does not dry quickly enough to manually debride slough (yellow gelatinous drainage on wound). I like that each dressing is individually wrapped, so the rest of the dressing doesn't get "dirty. " br>I can throw a couple of packs in my bag in case I need to change my clothes while I'm out. br>I prefer the Covidien gauze I use because of the "mesh" design. Also, the Covidien brand is much less expensive, and it works similarly to Kerlix/rolled gauze in that it can be used to do wet to dry dressings to manually debride/remove slough from wounds. I place the 2x2 gauze covidien gauze on top of my surgical wound and cover it with this, which provides excellent protection. If you only want to protect your wound and don't want the gauze to stick to it, you can use this because it appears to be semi-absorbent. I haven't had to use it on a wound with a lot of exudate or drainage, so I can't comment on how well it works in that situation.
Some people have expressed their dissatisfaction with the quantity of pads available. The box contains a total of 25 individual packages, each of which contains two pads. There are head-on collisions. br>br>There are head-on collisions. br>br>There are head-on and head-and-shoulders above standard 4x4 gauze sponges They're also a lot more expensive, but unlike traditional 4x4s, they don't leave lint all over the wound. br>br>As far as gauze sponges go, these are definitely deluxe. They are, however, very pleasant.
The quality of the item is excellent. Because of the incorrect labeling, it receives a one-star rating. The box stated that it contained 50ct, but it didn't - Only 25ct were included in the package.
"This package includes 50 individually wrapped sterile gauze sponges," according to the description. "This is both incorrect and deceptive. Although the box only contains 25 individually wrapped packs, each pack contains two sponges (for a total of 50 sponges). You can keep the second sponge in the pack if you only need one at a time, but it will no longer be sterile because the sponges are not individually wrapped.
This isn't your average gauze, though. It's smoother, thicker, and more "premium" than the cheap gauze you can buy in bulk at the hospital. If I had to make a quick comparison, regular gauze would be the single-purpose gauze. Band-Air Mirasorb is the quilted double-ply toilet paper that you'd find in a public restroom. ply things you have around the house This isn't for everyone, and standard gauze has its place in treating wounds, but Mirasorb is great for a lot of things. br>br>I had a minor surgery that turned out to be a disaster. To avoid being overly graphic, I eventually developed a wound that was heavily draining. I ordered these gauze sponges from Amazon Prime to tide me over while I waited for the home care nurse to order a stack of gauze for me. In regards to my application- drainage that is moderate to heavy- These sponges are absolutely fantastic. They're so soft that they don't irritate my wound as much as regular gauze, and they're so absorbent that one sheet can replace a whole stack of gauze. It's great to have this kind of stuff.
Soft as a cloud. These were purchased to cover a burn on my arm from a kitchen fire. They were able to keep a thick layer of oil/ointment in place without leaking at the single thickness. I'm thinking about returning to gauze sponge and tape instead of bandaids! This product does not leave any residue on the skin.
