It will be used to transport the cylinder as well as to prop it up at home. This is an excellent item.
For quality, I give five stars. The shipper/seller gets five stars, and the value gets a big five. It's lightweight, incredibly durable, and my personal favorite (larger wheels for added stability). Much better than the service I received from my previous provider. Oh! Also, a big thank you to Amazon for saving me a ton of money over the years on just about everything.

The cart is fantastic, but the vendor sent it via USPS, which took a long time to arrive. On 1/22, I placed an order for it. It was actually delivered on the 24th of January. It arrived on February 1st, thanks to the USPS. When I contacted the seller about why I hadn't received it in a timely manner, they claimed it was misplaced by the Post Office. I chose this vendor because they were based in Michigan near Detroit, and I live in northern lower Michigan, so transit time should have taken no more than two days, but it took seven days instead. It had sloppy tracking on it.
The oxygen tank fits perfectly in this case. The assembly is simple. It has a solid feel to it.
It's where I keep my E cylinder when I'm out and about. It's quite effective.
Extremely durable.
