It's nowhere on the packaging that it says tear-free, but and you might want to check online at trukid for further information. The company. I was not a fan of this product, so I may not be the right person to ask about it
As for eczema, I have no idea, but I appreciate the moisturizing effect without leaving a whole lot of white streaks behind. If you want to be absolutely certain, could you not apply your favorite moisturizer or coconut oil under sunscreen?
