How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

In 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013, the EWG skin deep database gave it a "1" rating for baby, beach, and sport.
Avobenzone, oxybenzone, paraben, phthalate, paba, and 1,4 dioxane are all free of biologically harmful chemicals, as are UV chemical absorbers.
SPF 50+, water resistance (80 minutes), and FDA-approved broad-spectrum coverage.
Non-Nano formulations with average particle sizes greater than 100 microns and non-aerosol formulations (high risk of ineffectiveness and inhalation of particulates)
It applies and absorbs quickly, and it has a non-oily feel to it. It also doesn't have the overpowering odor that many organic sunscreens have.

Questions & Answers

Is there a distinction between thinksport kids and thinksport baby? What are the ingredients? I'd like to know which products are the safest to use on a baby's skin. ?

20% zinc oxide is the active ingredient in both of them.

Curious how this product compares to all other think baby products in cost per ounce price per ounce price per ounce price per ounce price per ounce price per ounce price per ounce price% Also, why is it that only one out of every five customer reviews is displayed?

I'm not sure why, but we recently ordered and received the product, and there have been no issues thus far. It was delivered in a sealed package. If we end up getting sunburned, I'll come back and do a review.

If there is a distinction between thinksport and thinkbaby, what is it?

The only difference between the two products is that one says Kids and the other says Baby on the label.

Selected User Reviews For thinksport Kid's Safe Sunscreen, SPF 50 Plus, 3 Fluid Ounce

I really like the smell and the product, and it has the lowest toxicity of all the sunscreens I've tried
5/5

I like how this smells and how simple it is to use. It would be ideal if there was a more "clear" zinc option, as it requires a lot of rubbing in and occasionally leaves white sunscreen streaks.

Protection from the sun is inadequate
3/5

Horrible. For a day at the beach, I applied it to my daughter and son. It was reapplied several times. Their skin was scorched and their faces were scorched. It's almost as if I hadn't used any sunscreen. My friend was in the same situation.
