I'm trying olive salad for the first time, and I'm really enjoying it. The ingredients are finely diced, and the spices used are excellent. I've only tried it with a spoon, but it comes with recipes, and I'm planning on making potato salad with it. The only drawback was that it only came with one black olive, so I added some. I'm not sure what you're talking about. The word canola appears on the label. Many places say 100% olive oil blend and then it says 100% olive oil blend and then it says 100% olive oil blend and then it says 100%% a lot of grease drained a little bit Muffuletta is on my to-do list. br>It's time to make some changes. I used it in a potato salad that I made and it was delicious. Excellent taste. try it.
I persisted in adding to my recipe, despite the fact that nearly everyone was gagging. I'm not sure what happened to that llis. It is, however, repulsive. The fats have gone stale. Purchase a different product. Alternatively, you can make your own. I'm done.
This fantastic olive salad was ordered in three jars. Unfortunately, one of the jars was not properly sealed, allowing oil to leak out and drain the jar. I won't be able to use it because it hasn't been sealed for how long and is supposed to be refrigerated once opened. Although the jar was broken, I did not want to open the wrapping because it was covered in oil (as was the box). The other two jars were delicious, and I use it in my meatloaf and on sandwiches. Wish I could have contacted the seller, but there was no option to request a return or replacement, and the seller's name was "Buscoli Family. ".
I didn't care for it; it wasn't as good as the authentic New Orleans version, where everyone orders the famous muffuletta sandwiches. You've been to the "Original" location, don't you? br>I dumped this into a bowl and added salt, pepper, vinegar, garlic, and a few spices, but if I was going to do all that, why not make it myself? I will not purchase this item again.
I really like this product, but the packaging was terrible, with glass jars strewn about in a box. This is entirely Amazon's fault; the seal on all of the jars was broken, and there should have been more packing material around the jars.
After trying Boscolis, I discovered that it was almost the perfect flavor for me. It doesn't come across as being overly "vinegary" or oily. That said, I'll tweak the salad dressing a little to suit my tastes, as I've tried other brands and found them to be too salty. Boscolis avoids being overly salty, resulting in a truly excellent - I will reorder this product because it is delicious.
In my spinach salad, this salad is a favorite. It's extremely tasty. Although the salad appears to be costly, you only use a small amount per serving, so it lasts a long time. If you like olives, you will enjoy this.
When I lived in New Orleans, I used to go to Central Grocery on Decatur Street in the French Quarter for a Muffelletta sandwich on a regular basis. This olive salad has the same flavor as the one they serve, but it's better because the original had too large pieces of olives, carrots, cauliflower, and other vegetables, which required chopping or cutting up. This Boscoli is perfect, and I buy six small jars at a time because you must refrigerate the olive salad once you open it, and the olive oil in it thickens and hardens if you don't, so you must take some out to let it come to room temperature. When I have guests over, I prefer to buy small jars and consume one at a time. The olive oil will only last two days if left out of the refrigerator. 3 days. This is some excellent work. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. Larger jars are also available for use with larger groups of people.
