The seasoning on the puffs was uneven. Some of the pieces were extremely salty, while others were flavorless (all of them came from the same bag). The taste of the bland pieces reminded me of styrofoam. Even though the expiration date for some of the bags was 1/2021, they were STALE. Amazon is not a good place to buy this. It's probably best to get it from your neighborhood supermarket.
It was a huge let down.
The only thing we'd like to see changed about these is how many you get. The price of each bag is. 5 ounces, 70 calories, and so few puffs per bag that you'd have to eat two bags to feel like you've had one serving. The size may be appropriate for a small child, but it is insufficient for an older child or adult. br>br>We paid $5. With a Subscribe, you'll save 58 percent on these. You can save money by using a coupon and a discount. Given how little food is in this box, we are unlikely to order these again unless they have a better deal. The cost appears to be $7 at this time. The tax rate is 98 percent, which I find to be a little high.
Natural, not too messy, and a good portion size for a day out. Even at night, my husband enjoys snatching these! The cost per bag is also very reasonable. On S, I'm going to reorder.
We substitute this product for popcorn and chips. Pirate's Booty has a delicious flavor and is simple to consume if you have dental issues. I don't have any teeth, so I let it melt in my mouth for a few seconds before beginning to chew. The texture and flavor are both favorites of our daughter's!.
I've been a huge fan of pirates booty since I was in college, and when I finally got my hands on a box after a long absence, I was ecstatic because: They're the tastiest snack, and they're cheap ($6 with a subscription). (save) for a 32-piece box! Both of my children are five years old. 6 & They're a hit with my husband as well. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. I believe that is roughly the same price I paid for one bag of Jamba Juice many years ago. I've even hooked my mother on them, and we both get a box once a month!.
UPDATE: These are actually good after trying a few more bags and letting others try them as well. However, it appears that there are quality control issues, as some bags receive very little seasoning, while others receive a substantial amount, and still others receive an excessive amount. I'd buy them again if they could fix this problem *surprise*. Original Review: br>br>Original Review: br>br>Original Review: br>br>O These are highly praised, but they are nearly flavorless at first bite. You continue to eat them, assuming that your taste buds are malfunctioning. It has a very light flavor. The flavor improves as you eat more, but by the time you think to yourself, "oh, these are pretty good," you've consumed the entire bag. Isn't it the lack of a hull that appeals to you? Golden Flake is a hull-friendly product. It's less popcorn, but it's a ten-fold improvement over these. I would not purchase these again, and I only did so because they were on sale at the time. I like the texture of the bags, and they're a good size. I like how they don't get stuck between your teeth like those orange cheese puffs do.
I signed up for this box after my daughter tried one of her friends' and said she enjoyed it. The portion appears to be appropriate for children at first glance. But when I look at the ingredients, I'm not so sure. Every ounce contains 190 milligrams of sodium! For children, that is a significant amount of sodium. I'm not sure if this will become a regular snack in our house. Another disadvantage is that once you open a bag, you must consume the entire contents within a short period of time because they go stale quickly. As a result of this problem, I had to throw a few bags.
