Surprisingly, the individual wafers do not crumble and have a pleasant flavor. I suppose I'm fortunate. The product is excellent, but I deducted two stars because the box was damaged and I was unable to give it as a gift because of it. The wafers expire in 03/22/22 and were delivered to me on December 23, 21.
