These are by far the most effective! I wish Costco could keep their stock consistent, but these are organic coconut milkbr>Org. I've ordered these three times now, with the company replacing two of the bags. The company claims to be improving their shipping methods, but I believe they are already crushed when they leave the factory. I've had one bag arrive in a Tyvek envelope, another bag arrive in a paper padded envelope, and yet another bag arrive in a box, along with three bags of pill pockets that I had ordered without padding and were crushed by being shaken around in the box. Two of the bags were eventually replaced by the company. I sent them an email in which I informed them that half of the contents were crumbs. The first email I received was from them, thanking me for my feedback and informing me that they were working on our shipping. I had to send them a second email explaining that I wasn't giving them feedback, but rather was complaining and asking for those to be replaced. They were eventually replaced, to be fair. Those two bags arrived in a box with peanuts from the company, and they, too, were strewn with crumbs. So I'm not sure if it's the shipping method, or if these are simply fragile. It may be preferable to purchase in a store. Alternatively, you can get them at Costco. Their organic coconut rolls from Tropical Fields are just as tasty and less expensive. They should probably include a recipe for the crumbs on the package. Perhaps some sort of fruit crumble.

In my house, these have become a must-have. They're tasty and low in calories compared to other paleo snacks. When I get to the bottom of the bag, I just toss the remaining pieces on top of my Greek yogurt or ice cream dessert.

It's quite good. I didn't expect it to be as small as it was, and it wasn't as crunchy as I had hoped. I was hoping for a fortune cookie-like crunch. These are flakier, lighter, and more airy in texture. The coconut flavor isn't as strong as it is in a macaron. Sweetness isn't overpowering, either. The sesame seeds have no flavor or texture for me. I'm not sure why they're in there.
