Our roasted coffee beans are pristinely washed and sundried to perfection after being harvested at their peak. THE BEST BREW: Pour one leveled tablespoon of Cafe Sello Rojo Columbian coffee ground per small cup of water into your filter for the best brewing experience. Pour hot (not boiling) water over it in a circular motion until it is completely soaked. Please keep in an opaque, airtight container in a cool (preferably refrigerated) place to extend the shelf life.

It was discovered that the vacuum seal had been shattered

If you buy it somewhere else, it's a great product. The vacuum seal on all 12 vacuum-sealed bags had broken, and they would expire 5 weeks after the order date. Is there any way to ensure quality?.
