Neither too hot nor too cold. I find it to be similar in flavor to Aleppo pepper flakes with less of the citrus-y qualities The notes I get from Aleppo are similar. If not for the considerable amount of salt it contains, especially given the price, this would be a great product.

I don't see it as a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Pepper bits range in size from about the size of grocery store pre-sliced peppers to up to the size of a grapefruit Pepper, ground to a size slightly smaller than a pizza crust Usually red pepper flakes are ground into a fine powder, so you might need to grind them finer in a mortar if that's essential.

(Sid Wainer's House brand) Jansal Valley is well-known for its quality, so I wouldn't be surprised if this was one of his favorites. I have never tried Urfa chili before, but it has a rich taste was a mild spicy taste. There are notes of coffee and tobacco on the nose as well, it brings an all-around.

Oh my gosh! There is no chile I've ever tasted that is as dark, as complex, and as spicy as this one. The chile flakes I use now are my new favorite. I am grateful to Yotam Ottolenghi for introducing me to these foods. A big thanks to you.
