The box came with about six Chayotes, all wrapped very carefully and very fresh. My mother ate two of the sprouts and I left the rest on a window sill with medium light for about 2 weeks until the sprouts got a 4" or more diameter When six inches long was reached, the strongest was put on the ground, and the rest was given You should be careful not to plant one Chayote where it will be hard to remove later on, as the plant will grow into a huge vine with tons of fruit. In order to grow vines on the T post that looks like a giant TV antenna, I placed it in the ground. I am making very rapid progress with these plants, they are growing great so far and beginning to climb the structures I made.
With the stickers still intact on the ones sent to me, they looked like they were bought at a supermarket. There is no way to achieve the variety shown in the picture. A weight of 3 lbs produced five fruits of good size. Then I planted four seeds after eating one (delicious). After one week, all four sprouted, and two weeks later, all four plants were two feet tall. A long time. Within a few weeks, I plan to plant them on the trellis.

I was very happy to see how well packaged they were! There is a lesson this seller might be able to teach Amazon about packaging products to ship. When they arrived, they were perfect, and all of them are sprouting. The ground will soon be able to receive them. My business will definitely be done with them in the future.
I would recommend it to others. A total of four were received. In less than 2 weeks after planting, all 4 plants had sprouted. The plants were even allowed to grow before hand. Now about a month later, they are about 3 feet high. The product is excellent. I would recommend it to others.
As for its health benefits, it's supposed to be good for the heart and diabetes. I've only tried it once before. It was okay, but I need to figure out how to prepare it.
