This is fantastic. Fresh flavor, crunchy, large slices, exactly as described, and exactly what I was looking for. I eat it as a snack, add it to salads, and make crunchy coconut brittle with it. Cooking the sugar with the coconut will result in a sugary mess. Place the slices on parchment paper and drizzle with the caramelized sugar. br> I bought Nuts coconut, but it came in small pieces, which was deceiving and annoying, and there were no refunds, so buy this instead. br>This is an unpaid review for which I receive no compensation, so it is completely honest.

There's no comparison to the dried-out, tough, flaked coconut I usually purchase, which is made from Copra. The brown edge is still present, indicating that it has not been over-dried like the Copra. After crunching through each piece, I could detect the sweet coconut oil. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other products in the near future.

There is no sugar or salt added to this dish. A few of the pieces were broken up, but it was mostly made up of large pieces. I will buy it again because it is a good product with a good thickness.
