It contains a lot of fiber, iron, potassium, and is cholesterol-free. It's sodium-free and has a low sodium content. Shredded coconut can be used to flavor pies, cookies, and shrimp dishes, among other things. I've made cookies with it, grain-free oatmeal with it, and coconut butter with it.

This is not a favorite brand of mine, and I believe the nutritional information on the package is incorrect; the milk I make from it contains very little fat. This coconut also has very little flavor, so I have to use twice as much of it. in comparison to competing brands I'm not going to purchase anything else.
Inside the product, I discovered an insect leg, which terrified me! It's not something I'd recommend; it's certainly not healthy! What a bunch of bare bugs! I contacted customer service, who promptly issued a refund!.
Coconut macaroons were one of my favorite snacks as a kid. I've wanted to make it for a long time but couldn't find dessicated coconut in my area. I used coconut flakes from my local grocery store, but they didn't meet my expectations. Finally, I was able to locate this on Amazon for a very reasonable price. I was overjoyed at the low cost. I've been making macarons nonstop for the past couple of weeks. Stop eating it and start sharing it with your friends who enjoy these poppable snacks. I have been a happy customer.
This is the best coconut I've ever had that isn't sweetened. I follow a low-carb diet. In addition, I enjoy the flavor of coconut. Furthermore, the fiber content of coconut in its natural state is very high. It's a fantastic food, but for some reason, most companies add a lot of sugar to it. Worse, they'll cover it in whatever sugar substitute they can find. As a result, you either get a lot of sugar or a lot of chemically flavored garbage. br>br>This product is an excellent substitute because it tastes great and is low in carbs (when consumed in moderation). br>br>I strongly advise you to try it.
We discovered what appears to be rodent poop inside the shredded coconut after eating about a third of the bag, as shown in the photo. I had a jeweler's loupe on hand, so I examined it to make sure it wasn't a rock or a coconut shell. Fine hairs and other details were visible, but I'll leave them to your imagination. It's revolting.
I gave it five stars because the coconut is absolutely delicious. It was just that I was expecting larger pieces, more flaked in texture. These are delicious when used in recipes, but not so much when served alone.
"I believe "coconut ground almost to dust" is a better description. I didn't check the grocery store price before ordering, so this package is TWICE AS EXPENSIVE as what I could have paid locally, and for a lesser product! I won't make this mistake again!.
Although the price had increased since the previous purchase, the item received did not have an organic flavor. I put it to the test, and the results revealed that the product is not organic. When put in a powerful and fast blender, it turned out to be some form of crumbled coconut flour, with a taste similar to conventional shredded desiccated coconuts. The oils would not release (meaning the fats had been sucked out), indicating that the fats had been sucked out. The coconut flour I attempted to make ended up being an unusual version of coconut flour. They wouldn't let me return it, so I'll have to remember that in the future. However, I wish I had had a better experience.
