Hello, the "Used by" date on these packages refers to the date by which the product is still at its peak freshness and should be consumed. If you eat the strips after that date, it will depend on how the coconut was stored as to whether they are still edible. There are many moist, sweet coconut products available. This one is a bit of a contrast: dried coconut curls with some of the skin still attached provide a satisfying crunch for those of us who prefer a chewy snack. They don't have any added sugar, so they're not overly sweet. These would be a great addition to your trail mix.
I usually buy this brand of organic coconut flakes in a smaller size at Home Goods or TJ Maxx, but the lockdown prevented me from doing so, so I turned to Amazon for help. The product is much fresher and tastier at a lower price per unit. I use it in a variety of dishes, but the best coconut bacon I've ever had is made with it.
These are the items that I use most frequently. to eat a snack that is high in protein and fiber but low in net carbs It has a divine flavor. Coconut flavor is authentic. chips that aren't overly thick I also use them in my cooking to add flavor to stir fries and keto-friendly dishes. Filets of salmon with a friendly crust.
Aside from that, they're fantastic! If you want to consume three bags in less than two months, this is a great product. All three bags had a two-month expiration date from the time I got them.

This is incredibly creamy and addicting. so silky and smooth It has a rind on the end that adds a lot of texture. I'm about to make three more purchases. You can put this in anything or just eat it by itself.

These coconut chips are crunchy and have a flavor similar to mature coconut flesh, which reminds me of my childhood growing up in a tropical country with coconut trees growing everywhere. I have to be careful not to overdo it.
